As i see on previous reviews, if there is a problem, they don't answer on mails.
It's ok if u get a game and everything is ok, but if not u have a problem, so beware.

This was 2 months before Essen, and I still didn't get any reply or help on my issue.

I bought it, PAID for it, didn't receive it and they don't give a refund.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ORDER!!!
They no longer respond to emails.
I will never buy from your store again and I will open a legal complain.
I didn't receive them and they don't respond to emails. I've been buying in international stores for over 15 years and I've never had any problems (I buy about 20 times a month) this is the first time I haven't received something.

Nothing but excellent service from start to finish.
The game expansion arrived, promptly and securely.

Fast delivery, as ordered, to the netherlands. Some other shops apparently discover they are out of stock after ordering... not the case here

It was my second experience with Spellshop and I have to say - they don’t disappoint. They shipped the games quite fast and delivery reached me in a few days; packaging was neat and tidy and both games were in perfect condition.if you are having doubts about ordering from Spellshop, I would say that there’s no need for it, because they are awesome!

Very good service. Bought a boardgame online on their user-friendly website and it was delivered without any hiccup a few days later. The content was complete and in perfect condition. The box had some minor sunbleach on the side though.

Great selection of games and environment friendly packaging. Sometimes the box comes with candies. : )

Order experience was great. I bought through a third party marketplace. The game was delivered in a timely fashion for a reasonable price.

Bought Mage Knight: Ultimate Edition as I could not really find it anywhere else. The price + shipping was actually cheaper than just the game on Amazon. It made it to my doorstep in a couple of days -- which was surprising as though I live in Europe, I do live quite a bit away.
There was a brief lack of communication, as I did not receive a tracking code straight after purchase, but that was quickly remedied by emailing customer support (and the game basically arriving the day after my email).
10/10, would buy again.

Big selection of board games and accessories, quite often I'll find things that are a bit more difficult to find elsewhere (like that specific expansion, or under-the-radar game). Delivery is fast, and everything I've bought has been packed neatly (the occasional Haribo inside the box will always make me chuckle). In a couple of cases that I've needed to contact them, the team has been very responsive, addressing effectively any question. The overall impression I'm getting is that the owners are really into the hobby, pouring their passion onto their business. Highly recommended!

I'd suggest you make sure your customer gets the product before asking for a review.
Side note: it was supposed to arrive til yesterday tops.
Apart from that the acquistion from your shop was very easy and clear.
Hopefully I will be able to change the review anytime soon.

PS:
The parcel arrived with some delay (7days) partially due to a local festive day (1) but the traceability was really subpar with temporary unknown time of delivery or location.
I am fully aware that that has to do with the company in charge of the delivery, yet some quicker replies from the Spelshop.be Team would be very welcome, hence the change to 4* instead of 5.

My first purchase here... Web site easy to navigate, with lots of information on games. I like it very much in contrast to some "modern" sites with lots of fluff and no useful information. I got the english version of the game I was after. Games descriptions are perfectly organized with all relevant information. Order was dispatched and delivered very quickly indeed! Highly recommended!

The board games were packed nicely and the delivery was fast and efficient.
