From my initial contact with a debt solutions advisor, who explained everything fully, to my meeting with the trustee, I found everyone so helpful and non judgemental about my financial issues. I was very stressed, and unsure of what to expect. This company and the trustees were so kind and very skilled at solving my concerns.

It is not easy to go into a decision regarding financial debt solution; it can feel very overwhelming and emotional. The people I spoke with at msi Spergel Inc. particularly my representative Mina and trustee, Graeme, were very calm, patient, kind and understanding. Everything was explained to me very clearly, more than once, with ample time to ask questions and clarify things. They made everything feel seamless, and most of all, I did not feel judged. DO NOT enter your phone number on their website unless you are 100% sure you want to use the company. If you change your mind they will keep calling to try to get your business. I have told the company twice to stop calling, I blocked one number only to have them call from another. It has gotten to the point of harassment.
