Visited this jewellers and was very impressed. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The service was second to none. My rings were cleaned and polished free of charge and my rings now look like brand new rings, they really did go above and beyond.
Also had some resizing on my other rings, again excellent professional service!!
Seb and his team were truly amazing and I highly recommend them. They also have some beautiful jewellery at very reasonable prices.
5 stars from us. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I recently purchased a signet ring for my 32-year-old son from SPGreen, a family-owned jeweller and couldn’t have been more impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish — Steve,Seb and Charlotte were all outstanding. Warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, they took the time to ensure everything was perfect without any pressure. The price was very competitive for the quality offered, and the finished ring is superb. A truly quality item from people who clearly care about their craft and their customers. In my opinion, the best jewellers in the Jewellery Quarter — highly recommended.

Visited the Birmingham store last week Debbie was exceptional. Walked away with the most perfect upgrade of my wedding set to celebrate 10 years. Definitely recommend

I can’t recommend this jewellers enough, I visiting this morning and Seb was more than helpful. Not only did he help me pick out a stunning piece of jewellery for my fiancée but he also went above and beyond to make sure the presentation was another level. I visited a few shops but number 11 SP Greens was definitely the most helpful. Thanks again Seb

I went to the jewellery quarter hoping to find ring, most shops didn't sell men's ring and the shop I first went to made me wait 10 minutes twice to go in ( bearing in mind i had a 2 year old, a 7 month old and a 10 year old with ADHD), then once in he told me he didn't sell men's rings and there was some there. I felt very upset and nearly went home, until, I bumped into the owner of S.P. Green.

What friendly staff he has working in his shops, he worked really hard to make sure I got what I wanted and was even able to make a ring specifically what I was looking for. The prices in there are reasonable priced and they have some amazing jewellery here. What done it for me was how the atmosphere in the shop felt very tranquil, professional and the owner himself was such a positive soul. I was able to find a ring that I loved, got it down side and they sent it recorded deliver next day to me in the post.
If I could give this shop more stars I would- I felt such a relief yesterday and all thanks to the owner and his staff at S.P.Green.

Charlie guided me though in choosing and designing a ring he was helpful and was honest with colurs of stones and shape within different settings. I collected my ring weeks a fews months ago it was stunning in every way thank you Charlie.

Alex in the Birmingham store was lovely! She listened to exactly what I was after for my wedding band and how I wanted it to complement my engagement ring. She brought exactly what I was after out and still suggested other styles incase I preferred those just to check. My ring was chosen, engraved and ready to take home the same day. My entire appointment was 30 minutes long! Great experience and super service.

We have been a long time customer with SP Green. We made an appointment and was early, Ben was very helpful and sorted what we needed and that the work will take 10 days to complete. Always welcoming when you walk through there doors and friendly with excellent advice

Myself and my partner visited s p green shop in heritage court today. Previous to this we visited a few weeks ago and Debbie was so helpful- not pushy and very patient and informative.

Today we met Seb - he was outstanding! Explained everything to both of us. Made us feel very comfortable.
We are both delighted with our choice of engagement ring.

My husband and I drove from Preston to the jewellery quarter in search of a quality jeweller to make a bespoke yellow diamond ring for us. We visited a handful of jewellers but after meeting Ben we knew he was the one we trusted. Ben was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and honest! He discussed settings and diamond characteristics with us, then helped us to select our diamond. The turn around was very quick considering the diamond had to be shipped from Canada, received, then the ring crafted. We collected our ring today and were blown away by the quality and craftsmanship! Our ring is absolutely stunning. The whole process has been flawless from beginning to end. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend! We will certainly be back.

I was recommended this jewellers by a friend of the owners. Me and my partner attended the Heritage Court branch - we had an appointment to try on the perfect ring for the right moment. From the minute we walked into the store we were greeted by Angela. We were given so many options and we had a lovely time and decided between a few rings. Angela was amazing and we’d defo be using this jewellers again.
