I had a frustrating experience with S.P Green & Co. I ordered a ring but canceled it just a day later. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't received my refund. Every time I call, I get a different excuse, which only adds to my frustration. Poor customer service and lack of communication. Stay away from these guys

I took my engagement ring in for resizing at the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter store and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. They cleaned my ring as well so it looked brand new again. I would highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. Bought a ruby ring for my wife to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Needed altering, was done in 2 hours. My own ring was too tight for me so they not only adjusted it, but polished it too, looks brand new. Thanks to all the staff there. Great service.

Always go back to this shop, friendly, informative staff. Not pushy in any way. Excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend

My husband and I were looking for a bespoke diamond ring to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.
We came across SP Green and its positive reviews and honestly could not be more pleased!
Charlotte helped us every step of the way, from choosing the right diamond to working with us on bespoke designs, CAD imagery and a final wax prototype to check sizing and proportions. She even kept us up to date with pictures and videos!
The ring is everything I could have hoped for and more, and receives so many compliments.
A huge thank you to Charlotte for being so patient with every stage of the design process and bringing my vision to life.
Cannot wait to come back for a custom necklace very soon!!

If Santa created a Jewellery Shop it would have been this one in the Jewellery Quarter.
An experience never bettered at all visits.
Shop front inviting, window displays clearly easy to view different types of jewellery new, antique or other and prices easy to see, then when enter the experience of choices explode with prices that blitz high street jewellers. The friendly welcome the staff give, make you feel special regardless of smaller budgets a lot have.
My wife always wanted a 1carat diamond, & we were guided to a used solitaire ring which was modified with a new band to interlink with the wedding ring, so basically a brand new diamond solitaire 1carat ring In Platinum.
I had an initial budget of £800 but was assisted to gain the ring for my wife sorting instalments I could afford.
All this whilst making me feel special and saving me thousands compared to high street other looked at for yrs.
Next three visits were always the same (not for 1 carat diamond ring) but a necklace, earrings, necklace and broach.
We had free ring cleaning whilst having a coffee in a local cafe.
As wrote, closest to Santa’s workshop for me, as made it possible to achieve the unexpected helping a tight ass hubby, generate a happy wife getting me a happier life with some mega bragging writes.

The experience of working with S.P Green and Co for my 3 piece wedding band was an absolute delight. The team could not have been more considerate and professional during the whole experience. Not once were my wife and I made to feel rushed or in any way compromised on what we wanted given the timeframe we had to work within. I can’t thank Charlie enough for being such a smooth operator in getting it over the line to the point where my wedding band feels so effortless and comfortable. Nothing more than a triumph. The staff at SP Green have been professional and helpful throughout our experiences. My partner purchased my engagement ring in June 2021 and it is gorgeous and great quality. My partner paid around half the price of what it is valued at. The stones and band are still in excellent condition and have not fallen out. We have taken it to be cleaned and they have done it free of charge. We also purchased our wedding rings in July 2023 from the same shop and again, they were very helpful and the rings were made to order within 2-3 weeks.

So I decided to treat myself and buy a diamond bracelet. Once again what I had in mind didn’t suit but Ben in his amazing capacity found the right bracelet to suit me! We then saw a ring to match which we purchased. Both items needed altering to fit and this was organised swiftly and efficiently

Today I collected my items and browsed with the help of Jess the diamond earrings. I came away with the most beautiful diamond earrings and I was over the moon with all of my purchases

Angela and Jess greeted us like old friends and gave their undivided attention ensuing I was happy when I left the store. I wasn’t happy! I was elated!

SP Green are my chosen Jewellers. There is no pressure to purchase. They allow time to browse and try items on in a relaxed environment

The prices are fabulous and the after service is exceptional

I just need to save pennies to revisit and pick another beautiful item to carry home in their elaborate classy packaging

S.P Green are amazing, don't make a decision until you have been to see them. Would thoroughly recommend Charlie in particular, incredibly helpful and really knows his stuff

My husband bought my beautiful engagement ring from S P Green and we decided to go back for our wedding rings. The staff are so friendly and helpful- giving advice when needed. They have so much knowledge about the jewellery they sell and give a very personal experience. The rings are all absolutely stunning, we couldn’t fault anything about our experience!

My partner and I travelled from Essex to purchase our rings. The first jewellers we went into was SP Green. Upon arrival Charlotte was attentive, listened to what we were looking for, and was able to produce several different options, and then she showed us the Emerald cut Halo engagement ring, and my partner and I fell in love. I am so glad I bought my ring from SP Green, the service was brilliant and I got my rings sent to my home address 2 days later. Props to Charlotte who is a real asset to your company and provides an excellent service. Thank you once again!

I cannot recommend this jeweller highly enough. Charlotte from SP Green Birmingham was honestly the most friendly, knowledgable, and pleasant person when we bought the engagement ring and wedding bands. We visited numerous stores and ultimately found SP Green to be leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of the stores in terms of the array of products they can offer, the quick turnaround in the production of goods and ultimately the customer service provided. For us Charlotte made our experience through showing the vast array of wedding bands and diamonds and then working with us to give a fair and honest price. Great customer service . I had no idea what i was doing so Charlie and the other staff spent half an hour answering my questions about diamonds . They’re easily the friendliest and knowledgeable staff i spoke to about rings . There was no pressure to make a decision and I went in many times and they were always happy to help. I eventually picked a ring that they customised in their workshop. Definitely recommend this Jewellers

Visited S. P. Green & Co on Saturday with my partner to choose and purchase an engagement ring. Charlie was first rate; his knowledge, attentiveness and honesty was evident throughout the process, we definitely felt in safe hands. The quality and design of the rings speak for themselves, so much so, that Charlie encouraged us to have a look at rings on the High Street jewellers for comparison before committing to the purchase (he must of known we would be back). Purchasing the ring together with Charlie was in many ways the highlight of our engagement day... Cant wait to visit again in order to discuss the wedding ring. Thank you so much for the memory. Just brilliant. I visited probably over 15 different jewellery shops and none of came even close to S.P. Green (Bath) in expertise, range, and making me feel like a valued customer.
Many shops either knew very little or pushed too hard for a decision, but the folks at S.P. Green were just right. They made me feel right at home, certainly not an inconvenience (even when I took FOREVER!). Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, willing to accommodate for all sorts of indecision and looking at numerous styles of engagement ring.
A great thing about S.P. Green is they make the rings directly with no middle-man. This means that they can really easily adjust to any specific tastes or preferences and it also means you get something absolutely stunning for a better price than you'll see anywhere else.

The end result of my searching was an exquisitely high-quality ring that my fiancee can't stop looking at (and nor can I).

All in all, this is the only jewellery dealer that I would recommend. They're brilliant :)

Having never purchase jewellery before I was a complete novice until Charlie talked me through the options and educated me about the diamonds available. It was reassuring to see his passion and enthusiasm for jewellery and the quality of the product.

I was totally overwhelmed by the amount of Jewellers in the Quarter however Charlotte was so friendly and listened to what I wanted. Within moments she produced exactly what I wanted and alterations were made at no extra cost.
She made my special day extra special! I absolutely love my ring and if I ever need jewellery again, I will know exactly where to go.

Engagement ring was bespoke and at a very competitive price compared to other "high street stores".
