Improved but still further to go…

Food tasted decent, good variety (much better with the branded suppliers) but overpriced for the quantity. Delivery is fast and food well packaged to keep cold/frozen.

the entire batch was bad

the entire batch was bad. they were all brown and none of them were sweet. 3 were spoilt so i couldn’t eat it.

Paid for next day delivery

Paid for next day delivery, 1 week later still not here, was told they are out of stock, fresh stock will be here next week, was offered a refund, but I still want my order, they said they will sort something out for me for the mess about, in which case my review may change, but for now you get 1 star

Fresh products

5 star because customers service was great and helpful. Received everything I ordered in good condition even though it was a day late which it was disappointing with but they turned it around by calling me and assuring me I would receive my things.

Good customer service 👍🏽

I was kept updated on my delivery and items were adequate sizes. A suggestion for next orders, please separate frozen items from dry products to avoid cross contamination. Thanks

Spoilt and wrong delivery

It seems like they send to online shoppers the old stock or wrong items when they just want to get rid of it.
I bought just after new years and they sent me items I didn't ask for and also few spoilt items.

Never again…

Currently in the process of requesting a refund from my credit card company as every single item arrived rotten, mashed up, in bad packaging and with blood from the meat all over the rest of the food, which meant it could not be consumed. This is the second experience I have had in 6 months and have had a lack of response from the company.
