Great golf towels
Great golf towels, delivered quickly and in time for Xmas. I love the Spike golf towels. The small towel clips on my golf trousers and is great during the winter for cleaning my golf balls and putter head, particularly on the greens.

Tees order
Order placed on 27th November 2025. It’s now 11th December 2025 and I have yet to receive anything. This is the second order I have had to follow up on!!!

Firstly, can I just extend a second apology that your most recent has not yet arrived. I can see that you ordered from us on the 27 November, but in our defence, you only emailed us yesterday on 11th December to let us know that it hadn't arrived.
We then replied to you on the same day, 11 December, informing you that it had been dispatched on the 30 November, and in a situation completely out of our control, it must have got lost in the post, but we would send you another order as soon as possible. Aside from that, I really can't see what we could have done better in this situation.
As I'm sure you can appreciate, we're a small company, so resending orders that the Royal Mail decides to constantly misplace comes at an additional expense to us, but nonetheless, we have always and will continue to resend orders that don't arrive – just as we have done with yours.
Of course, we could only offer customers tracked postage to account for this, but that makes us a lot less desirable in a competitive market, and even though tracked postage is an option at checkout, we would rather avoid imposing that cost on to every customer.
I've noticed that you have ordered from us 14 times, and I'd like to take a moment to thank you for that support, but I must admit that I am disappointed that you felt the need to come and leave us a 2-star review in an attempt to publicly damage our brand image, when 12 of your 14 orders have been successful.
I would also like to point out that had we received your email about the missing delivery sooner, rather than 14 days after you ordered, then we would have happily rectified the situation sooner.
Hopefully the replacement products will be with you very soon and you're happy with your order. We'd love to see you back in the future.

Great products but dispatch and delivery too slow
Great products but way too slow on dispatch and delivery. Needed items for a golf weekend away and took way too long, had to buy extra items elsewhere. Had to message to ask where my order was to get things moving.

Great product, great price. Throw in free delivery in a letterbox postable box and what’s not to love. That and with such bright tees it’s hard to lose them - the downside to other ‘natural’ tees is they’re brown - making them hard to spot on a dry tee box, no such worries here. I always leave the odd one to try and spread the word however 😊
