For clarity, we did message you regarding the need to cancel your subscription, explaining that due to rising manufacturing costs we have actually been losing money fulfilling your subscription order for some time. As a result, we have had to relook at our subscription pricing models.
It was an unfortunate decision that we didn't take lightly, but to be honest with you, after fulfilling your monthly subscription for 22 months we find it incredibly disappointing to see that you have decided to come here to leave us a 1-star review in an attempt to tarnish our brand reputation.
We spend a lot of time and effort making sure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services, and do what we can to build a trusted brand.
It's a shame that you could not understand our situation and felt the need to do this.

Found my perfect tees
Can't complain about any product I've bought from spike golf, recently used a yellow tee I got free from a purchase when I'd ran out of pink ones and hit the best drive I'd ever hit, coincidence I don't know but I'll never be without the yellow tees and in the ground from the second mark

Order took an age to be dispatched.Was as if it was forgotten about.Once it was delivered took just as long.
Got the product looks nice but quality of product not great very faded print on both items.Disappointed overall .

As a way of an explanation to the delay, it's just the 3 of us who run Spike Golf as you placed your order on NYE, we were slightly slower getting things out than usual due to the time of year. Paired with that, the person who takes care of our orders also had their first baby on 2 January which also disrupted us slightly, therefore it didn't go until 6 January. We appreciate it's not ideal and we sent an email to all orders on NYE to communicate this but unfortunately yours came in after that message went out. Again, we're sorry about the lack of communication.
With regards to the faded print, that's disappointing to hear you weren't. It will naturally be slightly more faded as we're printing on a lightweight, microfibre waffle material, so it naturally doesn't hold the ink as well as say, a stitched pattern.
Also we do accept returns as long as the items are unused, so if you get in touch with us directly we can sort that for you.

Ethical gift which is useful
Didn't realise bamboo tees were a thing until a friend mentioned he used them. Makes complete sense to reduce plastics, so proud to give a gift that also meets our values. Great delivery times and packaging. Would recommend.
