One of the worst, if not the worst betting platform I've ever played. The wagers are super huge. In addition to the misleading advertising they refer to their players. They offer codes in which it says that "we will give €20 bonus if you put the code "X" " for example, and in the end we are still obliged to deposit. Betting house that has no transparency and that tries to extort money from players with all its might. Not to mention the complications of making a withdrawal. If I deposit €10 and earn €30, they won't let me withdraw, because they claim that I have to bet 300% of what I deposited. In other words, if I deposited €10, I would then have to bet €30 if I earned money with the initial €10 I had deposited. It's a super bad house. Please don't play.

Another situation is the fact that I am constantly sending emails to ban and self-delete my account and they either do not respond or hinder the process claiming that they need my citizen card and their respective front and back photos to ban the account. But what logic does that make?

I initially sent the data as requested in the email for self-deletion. Guess what, they didn't answer me anymore after I sent the photos. They are liars and will do everything to still conected to you .

I was able to deposit and play without any issues, but when I tried to withdraw my funds (€599), I was required to complete identity verification through their third-party provider, Sumsub.

The problem is that the system does not accept my valid documents:

My Brazilian passport is valid but rejected
My Portuguese residence permit is also valid but rejected due to arbitrary requirements

I contacted support multiple times and followed all instructions:

I sent my documents by email
I provided all requested account details
I attempted verification several times

However, instead of resolving the issue, I was:

redirected between support and security
given contradictory information
told at one point that my account does not require documents
but still blocked from withdrawing my funds

This creates a completely unfair situation where I am required to verify my identity, but no valid method is provided.

The support team was not helpful at all and kept repeating the same instructions without actually addressing the problem.

At this point, I feel that I am being prevented from accessing my own money due to a failure in their system.

I strongly advise others to be careful.

Update: after several contacts with support and after escalating the matter, my account was verified and I eventually received my withdrawal of €599.18.

The issue was resolved, but only after delays, repeated follow-ups, and unnecessary stress. So while I did receive the funds in the end, the overall experience was not smooth.

I would like to share my experience to warn others about a potential scam related to SpinBetter.

My account iD : 1617804067

I was redirected from the official SpinBetter website to a Telegram channel, where I was contacted by someone claiming to be an affiliate or agent manager. The person spoke in a professional manner and guided me step by step, making the process appear legitimate.

He told me that I could become an “E-wallet agent” and asked me to deposit $50 as an initial requirement to activate my account. Trusting the process and the fact that I came from the official website, I made the deposit.

After the payment, I was told to wait for account activation. However, I am still waiting for a response, and I am concerned this might be the beginning of a scam similar to other reported cases.

The use of Telegram, the request for upfront payment, and the lack of clear official communication raise serious red flags.
I'm now sending everything to the support of SpinBetter and they said:

However, instead of resolving the issue or giving a clear answer, I was told to contact a “manager” via Telegram, which is exactly how this situation started.
I also submitted my request directly from (my account), and I received the same response.
This creates serious confusion and concern, because:
I was initially redirected from your official website
Then guided to Telegram
Then asked to deposit money
And even after contacting official support, I was redirected again instead of being protected
At this point, the situation appears highly questionable and raises concerns about how such cases are handled.
I have now sent all evidence to your claims department as requested, and I am waiting for a clear and fair resolution.
I hope you take this matter seriously and provide a transparent explanation.
