Terrible customer service. Not only does there technology perform poorly with multiple in-game reboots, but their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered for over a week and waiting for live chat support is a total waste of time. Wait in the line for an hour only to have no one join the chat. I have never experienced such poor service levels from a gaming site.

All games are rigged to the bone. It’s not easy to win despite betting big. I came to 10x multiplier and got stuck for 2 days. No matter how many times I played it just wouldn’t budge. Find yourself a casino that wants you to win and not laugh in your face to steal your money. I’ve tried so many casinos and this one just wants your money. My friend deposited 300$ and she won 400$. When it came to withdraw, they only allowed 300$ and they took the 100$ We have absolutely no clue why. 1. Signed up and received welcome offer
2. Won £320 and requested withdrawal on the 30th Jan
3. Wasn’t changing from submitting to processing so asked customer service they told me to send in documents which I did immediately
4. Changed from submitted to processing started
5. Contacted them again to ask why it was taking so long
6. Fastforward account has been shut/ banned no reason given

Not only scammed out of my orginal £20 stake but also £300 winnings I hope the company goes bankrupt
