On December 18,2025 i used interact to deposit $100, and i won $87 after an hour. I made a withdrawal of $187 which the same method, the interact. They declined to me twice that my interact doesn't works! How come it happens??? Now, its December 30th, 2025 they emailed me to change my method of payment. When i tried to use the master debit card, it needs to deposit again so i can use for the withdrawal. The last resort was the e check like bank transfer. I am hoping that this time they will pay me. How i can continue to play if they dont want to pay your winning. Its so frustrated!!!

Go find anything else but a site connected to the ontario gaming. You will see the symbol at the bottom of the page and if you do move on. You will never even out your net money spent. I have won a decent amount twice and probably 15k in the whole. Everyother site I play on i'm either up or a couple k down at the moment. Also the instatnt payout is a scam. e-transfers will still take a couple days even if you have been playing on the site for a year. This place is a joke. I requested a withdrawal of $3500 Canadian on December 13,2025. I am still waiting for my funds from spin casino. I go into my transaction history and there is no history or a pending withdrawal. My transaction history has been completely wiped clean. I have emailed spin city a total of 7 times and no one will respond to me at all. I am beyond frustrated as l feel completely disregarded by spin casino. This review is another attempt at getting my payout. I have now waited the allotted 7 business days and still nothing.
