Avoid! So, I've only recently joined Spin Casino. Overall, within 2 days, I've deposited over £1,000, and I got 3 free spins: £7.14, £5.18, and £12.22 at a £1 stake. I stayed away from Spin Casino for a day or two, logged back in, and deposited another £290—absolutely nothing, no free spins, nothing! I deposited another £150 and got the odd 7x and 14x free spins. Eventually, I was able to build a balance of £250, which I withdrew on Wednesday, 10th of December. No email confirmation, nothing. I tried to speak to customer support, waited for hours at a time, and nothing. I've gambled for years, and I've never quit played on a site this bad. Their reviews are obviously fake. In all seriousness, keep your money and avoid these scammers.

why all of a sudden are you not paying winnings into the same bank that you take the deposit. when it is deposited into Neteller they take a percent of my winnings, so i get less? And then have to wait once again to go through to my bank?? So in all have to wait for two weeks just to get my winnings.I also believe they dont payout near xmas time ,sucking in people.This happended to me with Jackpotcity won $1200 but didnt get it, changed to this one never had any trouble until now. Don't put your money into this casino, they aren't available on chat, and waiting for response from them is even worse. The way their layout is put makes it difficult to navigate. There is no way to see your transactions for pending withdrawals, or completed withdrawals. The amount of time in chat I have tried to get in touch about a withdrawal has been difficult. Then when I did, they said they needed to verify my documents and identity despite being verified. The withdrawal was oending and then I noticed it had cleared and when I went to check my Skrill, it didn't show and it hasn't shown for over 3 days now. Getting a withdrawal from here is so rare, you'll never get it. Or in other words they'll keep your money and the money you won from winnings. Overall it was a waste of time and unsatisfactory with their lack of service, slow service and money. Once again don't recommend.

I sent a referral code to my mother, she opened an account through that referral link, made a few deposits, and I never got my referral bonus. I have sent multiple emails and so has my mother , and not once have I got a response from you.
