I would strongly advise people to be cautious with Spins America. My account was suddenly closed and labeled “blacklisted” without any clear explanation, even though I did not violate any rules and never had any issues with the platform. It feels like accounts can be shut down at any time without transparency or accountability. When I asked for clarification, I received vague responses with no real reason provided. If you decide to play here, understand that your account can apparently be closed at their discretion with little to no explanation. That lack of transparency is very concerning and does not build trust with users.

Just sharing my experience so others are aware before investing their time on this platform

Should have come to the reviews. Wigged out on craps table and took 10 bucks from me and just says error. Shut your site down... And take my country out your name. I can't even log back in to delete my info. Man... Some of you sites make me want to quit gambling. Keep the money. Just close your site down.

I had a negative review. I deleted it. They finally paid after 3 months of waiting. There are better casinos out there, but they did pay me so I'm giving them 3 stars. I was quite the surprise to see my prepaid card in my email after writing my deposit off.

I have no idea why these guys have such a low rating but I'm here to tell you this place has been nothing short of amazing! I made my first deposit and won 1k, they do follow normal verification process which took a few days extra at redemption but no issues at all, they paid it all out in full! I trust this site and will continue to spend and play here. Thank you so much for being 1000% legit!

They do pay out and FAST like within hours I only have 2 stars because all the games either don't load or takes forever to load and for this 2 Stars

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews I won 350 off the 10 for 30sc package and everything was smooth.I was able to redeem my money in about a business day

2nd review - still have not been paid out from my 11/4 redemption request. Now when I try to log in there is an error message. Total frauds!! Do not play at this site!

Update: lowered my star ranking because nothing has happened with my redemption, nothing but dead silence…not even a peep from CS…yet they send me emails got promos and want me to spend money…I’m wondering what is really going on with these folks.

4 months of trying to redeem my winnings emails and everything for proof verified and all and now they aren't responding and blacklisted my account this is bullshit.

Deserves less than one star. 8 days ago they accepted my coin purchase, verified my account, and I redeemed for $100. Got the confirmation email for that. The status of it changes from pending to approved 2 days ago. Still no money but today I got an email saying that my account has been blacklisted and closed!!!!! I have screenshots of all of this! It's such a trashy business. THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU

On Spinsamerica I purchased a welcome offer for $9.99 and ended up winning around 400 over a month ago. I tried cashing out a $100 gift card but when I got in in email I clicked it and the link was expired so I contacted support. They were cooperative and said they resend it but I never got another email! These douchebags told me after I msg them again that I already got it which is bull****. I still had over 200 on my balance so I decided to go ahead and try to redeem that but this time (unlike last time) I seen a bank transfer option. Before I could only redeem gift cards. Its been pending for a week which is absolutely ridiculous on top of that Support WONT RESPOND. I've sent email after email and told them I was going to leave a 1 star review considering I test and use sweepstakes casinos for others to make sure they are legitimate. Ive been using this site for a few months now and I honestly regret ever making a purchase here because ive gotten zero return even though I won do yourself a favor and skip this site unless they make it right for me then ill make this a 5 star review

I made a redemption request on Dec 12. Today is Dec 28th. I've sent 3 emails all of which have been unanswered. Its ironic because my first cashout of $100 was on day 7 and I canceled it and played it back. So I really don't think that $612 is gonna hit my pockets.

Support gave me speedy replies when declining my withdrawal requests, but the moment I finally met their ridiculous requirements ? The requirements that are not even inside the automated link they send you? Radio silence. Almost 20 days of radio silence. I have reached out to support TWICE and heard nothing. Almost $1.2k of money earned that might as well be gone. Absolute worst online casino i ever dealt with. Referred from Swagbucks. Absolutely nefarious business practices going on here. Stay far away. Hands down the worst sweepstakes casino I’ve done business with. Worst customer service ever. They’re nothing but scammers. They hardly ever respond and if they do it’s days later and not at all helpful. Nothing but excuses on “changing redemption method” but they have no problem taking my money. They’ll never pay out. They change the play through requirements every time you put in for a redemption. Total and absolutely scammers! Don’t waste your time. Learn from me and the others on here!

I have been trying to redeem winnings since December 2. I have emailed customer support several times. I have gotten no response.
