I have been trying to redeem winnings since December 2. I have emailed customer support several times. I have gotten no response. This is super frustrating considering they are quick to take my money with no issues. I wish I would have read the reviews before putting my hard earned money into their hands.
They claim redemptions take 1-3 business days, it’s been nearly 2 weeks and no update, when you contact them they say that they can’t give you a exact date on when it will process.
Just very frustrating to be honest
You can only redeem via gift card or prepaid Visa card too, don’t understand why it’s taking so long if those are the only redemption options

11/05/25 – Email received announcing “now instant, hassle-free” redemptions.
11/10/25 – Submitted redemption request: only prepaid/gift card options available.
11/13/25 – Contacted support (Request #4115) because redemption was still pending.
11/19/25 – Support responded, apologized for delays
- said switching payment providers is reason for delay and why can only do gift cards or prepaid
- large volume of requests is causing delays
11/22/25 – Sent another status request
11/23/25 – Received response the next day, apology citing high volume, assured processing ASAP.
11/27/25 – Sent another status request (Request #4208)
11/27/25 - Received response that redemption will be approved soon but cannot commit to a date.
12/03/25 – Still no redemption processed.
Spins America promised instant, hassle-free redemptions with their big update on 11/05/25. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. After submitting my redemption on 11/10/25, I’ve faced repeated delays, vague responses, and excuses about payment provider changes that seem to have been ongoing for months.
Support has been polite but ineffective every message seems like a computer generated apology without a real solution or timeline. It’s frustrating to get a notice that they have changed a and that a process advertised as “now instant redemptions” has stretched into almost a month with no clear resolution.
Bottom Line: If you’re expecting fast payouts as advertised, prepare for disappointment. Transparency and reliability need major improvement before I can recommend Spins America.
Update, they took care of the issue and my redemption has been processed, paid, received.
Total garbage. Every time you want to redeem your winnings, they reject it and add additional playthrough requirements. Whatever the playthrough requirements were, once you've met them, they just add more. It's tucked into their terms of service, that they may add additional playthrough requirements at their full discretion, whenever they want. That doesn't make it legal though. Operating as a sweepstakes, they actually are NOT legally justified to do this. Obviously. Total scam, DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

MY REPLY TO YOUR REPLY: I don't have any doubts to be clarified. Sweepstakes law in America requires the absence of "consideration" which (among other things) means that LEGALLY you can't manually change the requirements for individual users at your own discretion, regardless of what you write into your terms. It is also flatly prohibited BY LAW to change the rules of a sweepstakes once the user has entered. No doubt about it, your site is TRASH.

They gave me the run around for two weeks before I received my redemption. Customer service doesn't work on the same time schedule and the United States, so you will get an email to your inquiry during the night and early morning, which makes it difficult. There is no live chat or a phone number to call for customer service. It felt as if this casino was not prepared to open for operation, but after daily emails and attempts to do what I was instructed to do, they finally got it right and I was paid in full for my winnings. I would differently give them another go and with time I assume their operations department has gotten better
They give you the run around on everything they don't help you at all I've been trying to redeem for two or three months now and nothing will go past a certain screen it's just overall of horrible sight scam artist

I won a $100 and tried to redeem it. That's when they gave me a copy of the rules and said I had to play through 20x before redeeming. I looked at the rules and the rules say that 20x is the MAXIMUM. So they are simply choosing to make me do this. Whatever happens, redemption or not, I will not be using this website again.

Total scam, Racked up 50K SC from my purchases and went to redeem, well turns out i need to make another purchase to link my account & during this i realized that whenever it failed to link my bank it would deduct my redeemable SC for whatever the package cost. Eventually redeemed and they asked for a bank statement showing their transactions. This took a month because i had to wait for my new statement. Even after all that i got ghosted by supported after providing the details.

I would give it zero stars but it’s not an option. I purchased 2 packages. Like many casinos there is a play through requirement. But here’s the kicker! No matter how much you play and win there system does not update so it’s as if your never going to play through the requirement! They know exactly how to scam their players! I kept winning but instead of the withdrawal balance improving it stayed at .18 cents. I played nearly $200 with many big wins and it never moved from the .18 cents! If this is not scammy behavior I don’t know what is! I would stay clear from this casino unless you feel like giving your hard earned money away!

So for 5 days now ,every time i log in to collect my daily log in bonus it says 00:00 time remaining but won't allow me to collect. I have contacted support in reference to the issue 2 times now ,but the issue persists..As far as I'm concerned their support is worthless incompetent or both. Just found this website seems legit but I've yet to try and cashout so I can't really speak in that. The game selection is pretty good plenty to choose from and i haven't had to contact the support for anything so that's another thing I can't honestly give an opinion on.
Seems ok but the sign in bonus is small and doesn't change or get better in consecutive signing in. So I believe they could work on that.
