Bought 2 items, both lovely designs and delivered in good time. One was a good quality cotton T-shirt with mesh parts, the other was a long T-shirt but really quite flimsy material.

Queen t shirt. ..My arrived today but…

My t-shirt order eventually arrived today but unfortunately the wrong size was ordered in error so it needed to be returned. I realised quite quickly after ordering that the wrong size had been ordered and emailed several times requesting to have the order amended to save all this messing around with returns. Several of my emails were undelivered and I had to pay the return postage. I have requested that the t-shirt be exchanged for the correct size. It will be interesting to see how long that might take. Expect it will be after my husband's birthday next Sunday. T-shirt looked ok, decent quality, delivery was slow.

Price given on the app went up by £2…

Price given on the app went up by £2 for each of the tshirts I ordered once they went into the basket! Then I couldn't arrange delivery to be collected for some reason so ended up paying more. Sent email about this and nothing back yet 😕

Issues

I received the t shirt in good time but unfortunately it was the incorrect size. I followed the 'Returns' details and sent the package recorded delivery on 21st July 2026 but have heard nothing since.
