Looks great, arrived immediately. They had a promo of bag and shoulder bag. Wasn't clear that I had to add the crossbody with the order so had assumed it would just arrived as a combo (my mistake). Emailed customer support after I had ordered as I realised no side back was in the order. They immediately replied and told me that I should have added it in the order and entered the promo code but they just shipped me the side bag separately immediately. Great service so far!

Amazing product and great price. They even went above my expectations when I didn’t add on the free bag on the offer so I emailed them to ask about it and they still agreed to post it too me with no questions asked.

I ordered a Black State 28L HXTN Backpack from SpiralUK which arrived the next day, and a FREE Black Traveller Deluxe Shoulder Bag i forgot to order it but the SpiralUK Team did brilliant job They attached the Bag later and send it to me. My experience with is company has been a real pleasure. Great product reasonable priced. Quick efficient supply. Follow up customer service was very helpful. I forgot to add the cross over bag as part of the deal. They retrospectively supplied additional bag without fuss. I would happily recommend them.

Absolutely over the moon with my bag! Quality is so good. In fact everything about this bag is So Good! Ordered with the smaller free bag. Unfortunately, forgot to select at check out…Sent an email ( over the bank holiday ) received a lovely reply. They are now sorting this delivery for me too! Just over & above customer service. I received my back pack and found it to be of fantastic quality but their was something missing, the free Crossbody.
I had forgotten to add mine to the order but after contacting Spiral they offered to send one if I chose the one I wanted.

I got my bag a week ago and Spiral was having a sale next week after. I randomly sent them a request to have a crossbody bag sent to me because I bought my bag the same price as the price the two bags were going for and boom they understood and was happy to send me the crossbody I felt very happy and looking forward to their generosity.

I’m not very good at ordering on line. Managed to order a rucksack two days ago which arrived today. Lovely bag which will match my new urban helmet perfectly. However, too late realised I could also have ordered a FREE crossbag (worth £25) with the rucksack order. Really kicking myself, but the guys at Spiral could not have been more helpful and, to my surprise to be honest, they offered to send me the cross bag, free, and with no additional postage to pay. Amazingly good customer service and really lovely gear! Thanks Spiral!

The customer service from this brand is phenomenal!
My order arrived today and I realised my error that I didn’t add the messenger bag to my checkout! They have sorted this in less than an hour and have communicated with me throughout.
