The rare wins I encounter are fleeting, soon overshadowed by extended streaks of losses that seem almost suspiciously predictable, especially during bonus rounds. Despite investing considerable money, the supposed thrill of the games rarely translates into real enjoyment or satisfaction.

This is the worst casino to deal with. After winning 700 dollars they said they needed verification. I sent license, utility bill bank statement. pic of face.Spoke to chat support confirmed accepted.Waited still nothing. Then Multiple times emails saying rejected. I had to send them again. some were approved. Then they ask for a picture with me holding my ID. rejected,rejected multiple times. Then they tell me my elbow has to show. Sent -rejected multiple times again. Then they tell to send a pic with id ,elbow showing and a note saying hello spirit casino and date. Then rejected had to send it multiple times. then finally I see they were approved. Waited for email of approval. I receive a refund email. We have closed your account and will send your deposit. please send these details. No winnings. and when i ask about the winnings. the same generic email is sent to me. So now I lost out on 700 dollars winning-not sure if ill receive a refund and they have my Id. this is horrible. I have never had this problem with any other casino. This went on from saturday the 8th until this morning when they closed the account.

Won't let you withdraw
This casino has been nothing but red flags from the moment you win. I tried withdrawing funds, was advised needed proof of address. Supplied them with an official government letter with my address, was advised not good enough. Supplied them with a stamped signed verified copy of bank details with address on it. Advised not good enough. I believe that this was a stall tactic as not to honor withdraw, as no other casino I have been with has ever done this.
I finally got myself verified, and attempted a withdrawal, for it to be continuously rejected, when I asked the customer support they advised that it was an "system error".
I gave up in the end after over a week.
I honestly don't recommend this site if you ever want to make withdrawals.

I won 5k and wanted to withdraw it, however they proceeded to say that my documentation wasn’t sufficient and didn’t marry up to there approval process. I resubmitted my documents nearly 5 times where each time they replied stating either something was wrong or I had to get an impossible document.
I realised they were never paying me out it was all smoke screens. All lies and a massive scam. If you’re lucky enough to do the research and come across my review prior to transferring money into a Spirit account please listen to me DO NOT attempt to transfer any money into an account, Or please make sure your documentation is verified prior to depositing money, this probably wouldn’t make any difference, they will find every excuse not to pay you out.
After weeks of painful back or forth I decided I didn’t want to deal with the toxicity and put the 5k winnings on black with the intention of loosing(obvs I lost) and shut down the account.
These guys are disgusting I don’t know how they are still running this. I’ve also heard from a few other Australians that the same thing has happened to them.
I hope my review will help deter people from this site. I wish I did a little research prior to depositing money into Spirit Casino.
