I recently joined spirit casino and deposited a total of 180 AUD. I played a few games and won some money. I then tried to withdraw and it said wager not met. I continued to play and eventually met the wager and won 500 AUD which I withdrew. The withdrawal was rejected saying I bet the maximum amount and I need to read the terms of the bonus. The only thing I know from other casinos is that the wager is met. This is the worst casino I ever played.

The worst of worst casino.. most of reviews are always done to promote by their own employees friends and family but i do play different casino to go through and deliver if they legit and worth putting your money
I sign up here and did my deposit and received the 40 spins, which didnt work so contacted the support and chat with Support Anita and she was so hard to work with, she straight away denied providing sub spins on different slot and me after telling her that i’ll be leaving a thorough review regarding this, she end up giving me spins but those one also didn’t work. She asked me to provide her screenshots which i did, and than she was asking me to provide more n more screenshots which are just n excuse instead of fixing the problem. I asked her if spins not working provide me the credit which worth same as of spins as the clear fault is from casino side and in which she replied “ No i wont be providing you any credit” i mean wow is that how you deal with customers and specially the new one!!!! i did told her FO in the end coz i was really upset with her support service but in the end only will be advising to anyone thinking of trying their luck here, i better advice do some more research and you will find better casino, far better than this

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Repetitive inhuman script reading sounded like talking to something between a broken record and a brick wall. It doesn't matter how much money I went on here. I will never play and I recommend nobody else does try a side. Likewinspirit.com or any of the other 10,000 casinos that offer better than subpar service
