Purchase through Kickstarter, scooter was defective, sent it back and never got the refund. These are scammers from China.

So I've owned quite a few of Splach's products by now. I have the Splach Phoenix and the Splach Turbo Elite. Both are amazing scooters I've ready put hundreds of miles on them with zero issues. I wanted to review them because they really stand out in terms of build quality as compared to other scooter manufacturers. They are reliable and takes a hell of a beating everyday taking me to work. My next scooter will probably still be a Splach!

I’ve had a really great experience with Splach and their scooters for over 5 years. I own the ranger, 2 Mukutas, thunder, and now phoenix 🐦‍🔥 which is by far the best scooter I’ve owned. I’m a big scooter whiz and I find the scooters I have quite reliable on my daily commutes to work and school. Just remember it’s like your car, take care of it and it’ll take care of you with proper maintenance. (Lithium ion batteries do degrade in charge capacity overtime, and long non usage) I’m also an AVID tech enthusiast & engineer. Splach does have a quick and responsive customer service team. There maybe be a slight delay in response but they will get back to you. I know this from experience when I have had trouble with one of my tires, and controller in the past, but they were swift in assisting. I recommend Splach scooters to anyone who is looking for daily commute and long range scooters with a great design!

Love the suspension on the scooters. Rides smooth, goes fast, and an overall comfortable ride. Would recommend

These guys are horrible. Product is terrible and they delete reviews from their site. The reviews on their site are fake and the quality of the bike is worse than anything I’ve seen

This electric scooter is really bad from a build quality. I have had two of these - I had a replacement within the first few months and the replacement also broke. I have used them for 5 full charges each - and have been very careful with them. If you want quality, this isn’t it.

This company also deleted the 1 star review I left them on their website. All factual information, deleted in the next 24 hours. They are inflating their reviews to make sure people buy from them - it’s not worth it.

Faulty and poorly made. Dishonest. Don’t buy. Spend a little more and get quality, or just buy a different brand, many have much better build quality.

I payed for an electric scooter. The stock said 9pc. After the purchase they emailed me the stock is 0 and propose some other cheap crap.. I said no and ask for a full refund! The full refund is 100 USD less! Scammers! There is no company no phone number no adress to contact no full name in the website.

I purchased the Turbo Plus scooter, it took 3 weeks to deliver even though the website said 5-7 days.
When it arrived the lights were not working it would shut down on its own right off the box; I contacted them and they said they will look into it and then asked me to pay to ship it back. Once it was delivered back to them they said it arrived with user caused mechanic damage and only were willing to refund 50%. Luckily my credit card company was able to issue a full chargeback. Would not recommend this brand, they are scammers and the product is cheap quality.
