Excellent quality, highest support standards
We ordered a custom size solid wood table „Kofferfisch“ w/ runners from Ireland. The ordering process was straightforward including configuration and quick turn around on a few questions that were answered accurately and thoroughly. Spon Holz even took a call with us and our Irish bank who wanted us to reassure ourselves that the online business was decent before releasing the payment.
Build times are short enough and delivery to Ireland as well, a couple of weeks in total. We asked for the natural edge not to be too pronounced and were asked to drop them a note after ordering and reference pictures on their website that were in line with our expectations, and that they would make sure this is the case. The edge of the table we eventually received is just perfect and exactly as we expected it.
We had some problems with the carrier on the international shipment but the Spon Holz team jumped in and made up for every single issue.
The table we received was delivered in a protective box, easy to assemble based on the info provided on their web site, and wax and oil were provided to take care of the table although it is shipped in a ready to deploy condition so we haven't needed that as of yet. The quality is really great, as expected, reflective of the pictures on their web site and matching our expectations in full. Pricey but all the way worth it.
These guys are doing an excellent quality job and with such a high level of care that you'd expect when you purchase valuable furniture, I can only recommend.
