I am a repeat customer. My order was missing an item. This small matter could have been time consuming, and I was prepared to overlook it due to low energy. However, Jared and his team went the extra mile! They accommodated this missing piece, and even double checked my mailing address which is problematic due to box number, no rural delivery, etc. Jared coordinated this with the mail department, and showed me that even the smallest concern is handled with care.

Vicky from Spooky2 customer service quickly contacted me when I tried to order one of their Spooky2 products online but was was unable because my credit card was from an Indonesian bank but Vicky came to the rescue and saved the day by organizing another way for me to pay using PayPal which worked.

I would like to share my experience with Spooky. I gradually purchased the basic set, Scalar, Central and 4 XM generators. I use all of them and they are amazing machines and I have to pay a deep tribute to its creators. And not only them but also the entire team of consultants who I can contact at any time and professional help and advice comes really quickly. I can name Anna who clearly helped me fix Scalar, Lisa, with many tips and recently Jane with tips with peptides, biofeedback etc. Further help and advice comes in regular information emails. If I have to briefly say about the results, then the cure of chronic eczema, improvement of the prostate by 80%, hypertension by 30% so far, everything cannot be described, but on another frequency device I had overall perfect results for my age. Thank you to the entire Spooky 2 team for everything. It is a joy when a person is not dependent on current medicine and can maintain their health on their own.

Love the Spooky2! Still new to using it but are having some great experiences with it. The support available is fantastic. Spooky2 is very open, if there are any problems, support will walk with u through them until sucess is achieved (thank u Jared!) I love how it's not just about fixing whatever problem u may of had, it's about fixing & improving things so all users have a better experience. Its very collaborative & open - i love it!
The machine itself is amazing! I am still learning about all it can do but so far we have had improvements in back pain issues. Are running family detox programs for all of us including the kids. It also seems to be working in reducing my sun sensitivity after only 3 sessions using the peptide presets! Still much learning and experimenting to go, but so far very happy with Spooky2 and see many uses for it in the future.

I have issues on installing the software and got quick response from live agent Sabrina Tan. She had remotely uninstalling and install the software. It took a few hours as my PC was really slow. She was very nice and wait for me to ensure everything was ok. Good support. Really appreciate.

I wanted to leave a review to share how amazing this company truly is. I purchased a Generator X Pro about three months ago, and recently the screen on the unit malfunctioned. I reached out to customer support and was helped by Vicky, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process.

Within just one day of verifying the issue, she had already arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I received the new unit only four days later. That level of efficiency and care is honestly rare these days.

The customer service here is truly second to none. Vicky is an absolute sweetheart and a genuine pleasure to deal with—professional, kind, and very reassuring.

I just got my Spooky2 GenerationX Pro rife machine a couple of weeks ago. It is a bit complicated at first, but don't let that hold you back from purchasing. The company provides a detailed user guide and multiple videos and live zoom trainings to assist in learning to use the product. They also respond to emailed questions within about 24 hours and have live agents online to talk you through anything you need. I just spent nearly an hour online with one, Cheryl Zhang, to talk me through an issue I was having and also answered multiple questions that I had.

I am amazed by this company. Their product is incredible. It is criminal that our medical people are not required to test it. It needs to be fully tested, because it is completely non-invasive and very, very helpful in healing. The company itself stands behind their products and every time I have emailed them (at least 5 times over 2 years) they have always written back promptly and done right by me. Wholeheartedly recommend their product and service.

I have successfully cleared my daughter's stomach infection using the spooky2 alone. They symptoms were cleared quickly and have never returned.
