Highly Recommended Company with Excellent Support

Spooky2 is highly recommended. The products are affordable, the software is free, and they offer support at all levels. Free training courses are regularly organised in various languages, for both beginners and advanced users.
The after-sales service is excellent: customer service is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I would particularly like to thank Vicky Wang. She recently helped me enormously and showed a great deal of understanding for my situation.
If something does not work and the product is still under warranty, they will send a replacement without any problems. They also offer many tools for self-study. There are numerous information channels available, which made it a little difficult to find my way around at first.
Deliveries are smooth and within a reasonable time frame. Everything is well cared and securely packaged. Spooky2 is clearly committed to continuous improvement and focuses strongly on customer needs.
I would like to give special thanks to Vicky Wang for her kind, patient, and professional assistance.

*outstanding customer service (from Sabrina Tan) I repeatedly send her a long list of questions and she always goes above & beyond to answer them clearly with as much detail as possible)

This is not really a con, but instead something to be aware of...
Although some of their devices are very user friendly, the more advanced devices require time and patience in order to learn how to use proficiently.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the Spooky2 team for the help. They gave me tonight with my order. I accidentally missed the Boxing Day in sales and the lovely sales lady was kind enough to offer me a special discount which I truly appreciated every time I reach out for support everyone is so helpful and amazing thank you all so much. Spooky2 believer

I found spooky2 because I believe everything is energy and energy expresses itself in frequencies. In 1934, R. Rife, an inventor, proved that cancer frequencies can heal cancer. He faced opposition and vandalism, so died before he could make his Rife machine available. John White, inventor of Spooky2, created a way to bring Rife’s work to anyone who dares to take responsibility for their own well being. Spooky2 is simple but not easy to operate. For me at 78 years, it requires commitment to learn the software. Staying focused in living my belief of everything is frequency and frequencies talk with one another, there is no doubt I’ll go the extra mile to benefit from this way of communicating with my body. The Spooky2 customer support team, joined with AI, is available and accompanies me all the way. They are remarkable human beings — caring professionals going all out to help. Spooky2 is a brave company to bring Rife’s work to life and make it available to all.

Excellent Customer Service

I have spent much time recently reviewing and researching the Spooky2 to find out which one would be best for myself and my budget.
I finally decided on my package just a few hours before the end of the Christmas Sale 2025.
I was unable to get my payment choice to go through online. I tried three times.
I immediately contacted Customer Service by email (half way around the world) and explained my dilema. Jane, from Customer Service responded in a very timely manner and offered a solution that worked out beautifully. She was kind, supportive and caring.
I was able to get my order completed before the Christmas Sale ended.
This is the best, most excellent and timely Customer Support I’ve ever experienced when buying a product online!

Spooky2 for Grandpa and Miniture poodle

In July 22, I purchased Spooky2 Central, Scalar and GX Pro all at once because that saved hundreds of Aus $ in shipping costs. I was really happy with all the gear and the incredible free extras that were included. I had several phone calls and emails before I ordered as my husband had late stage prostrate cancer so wanted to make sure I purchased everything I could need. My late husband chose to minimize potential use of this wonderful equipment.
I have been impressed with the calibre of pre and post sales assistance and the amazing tutorials available free on zoom or accessible later if you cannot make the live broadcast. So many tutors with an amazing range of experience and qualifications, from the experts who so patiently show the basics, to those of us just starting our Spooky2 journey.
And, the soft ware is all FREE! Amazingly you can download and check out before even purchasing the equipment!!!
Recently, my miniature poodle became very sick. She stopped eating, lost a considerable amount of weight, had difficulty passing any stools, vomited several times and was so listless a couple of evenings that I really thought she might not be alive the next morning. I made a painful but a conscious decision not to take to vet as she had already had several expensive visits because of possible snake bites. I am aware of at least 8 snakes, some venomous, that she has killed in my garden. Although I've removed multiple garden beds and vegetation to reduce snake habitat, keep her inside as much as possible, or on a lead: she is used to free roaming. She also enjoys finding any piece of plastic and eating it: bottles she grabs and hides, plastic bags that might blow in, garden pots etc. In general, I believe she is a short term Aust regardless of my care one day a snake will beat her or she will have a self imposed gut obstruction.
While she was so flat and listless, I shaved her belly and used TENS pads to do a biofeed back then ran the program through a GX Pro. Within 24 hours she seemed a bit brighter. Decided to try the Spooky2 Sample Digitizer with urine/faecal samples (unable to obtain sterile specimens) and ran continuously changing samples every 24 hours as suggested. She started to eat again Within a week had my Ebony back: doing zoomies, chasing around the garden flat out, eating everything I would give her and starting to put on weight. I must have stopped a bit soon because required the Sample Digitizer for my 95 year old Dad. Next story! Have just purchased my second Spooky2
After Dad had completed the initial Terrain Protocol, used his urine samples Dad in Sample Digitizer for we week before restarting the Sample Digitizer with Ebony for another week. Last couple of years, Ebony has regularly been receiving ongoing terrain maintenance remotely for parasites, chemical toxins etc.

My 95 year old dad flew 1200kms for help with several health issues including circulation in his lower limbs, declining kidney function and skin lesions. During his inital terrain protocol, I used the remote mode plus Central for plasma, contact mode via TENS pads & PEMF coil as described fully in protocol. I also set up the Scalar for him to sleep in each night with molecular scalar of essential oils such as Lavender, Frankincense and an Immune Boost blend. The circulation in his legs and many skin lesions started to improve immediately. I must add that Dad has done as requested and ceased to sit for hours with his legs down, he is either sitting with his legs raised in a special chair, walking around or lying flat to make sure his feet are as close as possible to the height of his heart to minimize the effect of gravity on return of blood from his feet. Plus we have made sure that none of his sox are tight, to form ridges on his legs as fluid pools; all the above compromise the circulation to his lower limbs. Think of a hose kinked at the hips, the knees and the ankles, while the pump (his heart) has to try to pump blood down to his feet and rely on that pressure to return it back up to his heart again. The walking encourages the muscles to pump the blood back to his heart and helps to compensate for the age related deterioration/ compromised small valves in each vein that should stop backflow within the vein.
Weeks later his legs have changed from swollen red and sore to a wonderful nearly health pink, are no longer swollen and he is enjoying increasing daily walks with me and Ebony.
We have also increased his protein intake and reduced carbohydrates/sugars.
He has lost 5 kgs, does not feel hungry at all and his girth is shrinking.
Next step is specific Rife kidney and liver programs

Lots of help and information available

Consistent Excellence in Both Service and Results

Over the years, every single interaction I’ve had with Spooky2 customer service has been consistently excellent. There has not been a single occasion where I was dissatisfied—regardless of which support agent I was communicating with. Their responses are fast, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely supportive.

In my experience, Spooky2 represents one of the best examples of a true social business model—one that restores faith that ethical, caring companies still exist. Their support makes it easy to trust the equipment and removes anxiety when something doesn’t work exactly as expected at first. Knowing that help is always there, and that it’s competent and compassionate, makes a real difference.

Regarding the equipment itself, I’ve been using Spooky2 regularly—often daily—for about three years. Based on direct experience and careful observation, I can confidently say that the system works exactly as described. When results are not immediately achieved, it is usually not due to the equipment failing, but rather to incorrect frequency selection, an incomplete healing strategy, or a lack of proper understanding of the underlying condition.

I’ve personally seen significant positive changes in myself, in people close to me, and even in my cat. The detox-related benefits alone have been remarkable. While I’m still learning and refining my approach—both in working with Spooky2 and in understanding disease processes—I have no doubt about the effectiveness of this technology or its potential.
