I have e-mailed you three (3) times in the last week and still have not had a response. My order (Order #349013711) is still being held up in customs due to a requirement for a Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Certification. I have asked for help or guidance from your company and still no response. It is very frustrating trying to navigate this with no support. I'm hopeful I have done what is needed on my end. If you have nothing to offer you could still have the decency to reply to me to at least one of my e-mails. I'm hopeful I will eventually get the items I paid for.

Ordered Golf clubs at the best price…
Ordered Golf clubs at the best price anywhere in the world (Wilson wedges). Delivery was a bit slow but then I ordered in August and the Grand Vanance is on in August so that is to be expected ordering from France. Otherwise everything was perfect and very happy with the clubs.

Absolutely atrocious delivery time, I was assured up to 10 days delivery time and it has currently been nearly a month.
