Disappointment!!!!!!!

you took my order said it was in stock now I'm getting a refund because you don't have it, and my granddaughter's birthday is the 17th of march. I have a saddle and a bridle and no horse. If it went lower I would give you a zero.

Ordered a bike jacket as they were…

Ordered a bike jacket as they were significantly cheaper than any other online vendor, the site was listed as a .co.uk so assumed all was good, then came here and read the reviews and was worried, especially as the vendor is in France.
However the jacket arrived within 4 days and was well packed and as described on the site..

Overall excellent service and I'll be using them again..
