Unimpressed- Customer "service" not working

Unimpressed- have been trying to get Customer "service" to respond directly, trying g to return an order.

Feb.4:
Sport is good has claimed that they have "processed" my request but no info has been sent on how to send and make the return. Still need help.

Really disappointing experience with…

Really disappointing experience with this company. I ordered two items, a jacket and a pair of socks. I was notified shorty after the payment was made that the jacket, the far more expensive of the two, was unavailable. I was refunded but as I no longer wanted to pay £16 postage for one pair of socks. I have asked three times for the order to be cancelled but have been ignored. There has been no response whatsoever and the item has now been dispatched! What a rip off! Oh, and the company trades under several names which feels incredibly suspect. Really poor.

Definitely NOT good sports!

Definitely NOT good sports!! Make sure to supervise your youngsters OR THEY WILL BE ASSAULTED by the owner!! No joke! The owner assaulted our 4-year old while we were shopping. Our 4year old apparently put something in his pocket and the owner aggressively grabbed our boy's arm and snatched the item while scolding him - without even bringing up to the parents' attention first!! Had he done so, we would've paid DOUBLE FOR THE ITEM and taught our 4 year old about paying for items which he doesn't yet understand! Look at the sign this guy made —- he obviously has issues with kids; and he obviously has issues PERIOD.

avoid...

really bad company. Took my money, told me it would be dispatched on the 16th. On the 16th nothing happened, contacted on the 17th and they said that delivery was postponed and they couldnt send it. i respect that things happen but having read other reviews it looks like this is a dodgy company that just chances their arm.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered a gym bench but they never delivered my product. They took my £630 and never sent my product so now I'm going through my credit card to get the money back as fraud. I they give a standard response of please "We can confirm that your refund has been processed. If you have any questions or require further confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us." but it's yet another deceiving trick to make then look legitimate. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Order not turned up

Ordered two ski helmets for Christmas from this company and the parcel was meant to be delivered between 29th Nov-2nd Dec - it’s now 10th Dec. Have not received the parcel, have not received any emails and can’t speak to anyone. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Getting very frustrated!!

All good that ends good

Had issues with one wrong item being delivered, things happen. Couldn't have been dealt with better. Next day response through to resolve from e mails, prepay label sent and quick return payment. Re ordered original item back off company due to this.

How should people contact you via the info on your website and activate the coupon code

I signed up for your newsletter and was sent a a coupon code. I can’t use the code as it keeps saying that it is invalid. I have tried contacting you through your contact form but it just bounces back as can’t be delivered.
I’m getting very suspicious about this website and especially when I see the high price of your shipping. I’m disappointed to read the reviews here.

This company uses deceptive pricing…

This company uses deceptive pricing practices. I tried to order a golf rain jacket and golf trousers. In my cart the price (before shipping and discounts) was quoted at $398. When I went to pay the price (before shipping and discounts) was $434. I tried two times yesterday, and another time today, and the same issue occurs. I contacted their support team and was told by Bastien "Product prices can vary from day to day depending on sales periods, brand agreements, stocks and our pricing policy. This explains why you are currently seeing a price difference. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover this difference." Changing their stated price when a customer moves from cart to payment must be their general practice. Never seen this before, and I will never order from this company. Very dishonest. I will spread the word to the best of my ability.

Disappointing Purchase: No Response from Customer Service



I recently purchased an Adidas taekwondo suit, and I'm extremely disappointed. The logo is completely wrong and doesn't match what was advertised online. I've wasted my money on this product, and I NEED a refund. I've also tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I haven't received any response. If I don't get my refund soon, I will have to take further action. This experience has been frustrating, and I hope to resolve it quickly.

Paying Full Price On Sale Items

The items on their website listed on sale revert back to their full price when you checkout. You only see this at the end of the checkout process after you’ve entered in your mailing & billing address and proceed to payment. They are reachable by their contact form on their website only. If you email them by the email address listed on their website they will not reply back. Even though I have informed them of this issue they don’t resolve it and give you a lame excuse like “clear your browser cookies & refresh the page”. I have messaged them multiple times with no resolution.

Note to other buyers… if you did not get what you ordered or were over charged. Report it to your credit card and they will fight for you on your behalf.
