Bought a pair of boots for my grandson as a Christmas present and after only been used for two months the sole came off.
Complained but was informed as 30 days has passed nothing could be done.i even sent a photograph

Ordered trail running shoes via Debenhams but fulfilled by Sport It First. Took the order and money but Sport It First didn’t actually have the item in stock. Not sure why in this day and age of online shopping that stock control should be an issue.

Absolutely great experience. My first time buying from Sport it First and truly couldn't recommend them enough, I'll definitely be purchasing from here again. I ordered on 22nd Jan, my trainers got sent the same day and arrived the 23rd Jan. They were also the lowest price online, no negatives whatsoever.

bought through secret sales at a great discount. Cute little boots for my grand daughters. 2 days later they cancelled the order and refunded. Not because they had a stock issue but because they had decided to increase the price. Disappointingly Secret Sales did not do anything about it either.

As always when ordering from a company for the first time, I checked Trustpilot- and there were some reviews that were a bit worrying-nonetheless, they offered Paypal and the stuff I wanted was not in stock anywhere else. Ordered, pretty much showed up the next day, perfect condition, precisely as described, well-packaged. One of the best online shops I've used recently- I'd happily use them again.

Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish. Sent me the incorrect item twice with colour and the second pair looked worn not new condition as described. There is no or a lack of response from customer services. Therefore I would avoid at all cost.

Made 2 orders now, some work trousers by Dickies, which you can’t seem to get anywhere. Sizes were limited but luckily had my size.
Both orders (separated by 1 month), arrived on time and were as expected.

I ordered trainers through decathlon for a Christmas present, they arrived Christmas eve and after inspecting I realised the wrong size had been sent. After a very frustrating exchange, the new pair sent were also the incorrect size!

Ordered a pair of running shoes on 2/12 for my girlfriend. Heard nothing except the “order is on its way” email for the next 2 weeks. Contacted Sport It First, they said my order was “lost in transit”. So, a waste of time in the end and short a Christmas present. Useless company.
