AVOID THIS PLACE!
I was a steady customer and now will avoid this place like the plague. They will actually send you product, but they now just send you whatever brand they feel like. Pretty frustrating when you pay $80 for something, then they substitute an inferior brand that is low quality (i.e. not what the label says it is) and that you would've just ordered from them for $60 if that's what you wanted. Never seen an online vendor of any kind just unapologetically and freely substitute whatever they feel like giving you without notice. Then when you test it and give evidence the stuff is bunk, they argue and refuse to acknowledge they are selling junk. For a while they stopped substituting when I actually put "no substitutions" in the order comments, but they even disregard that now. So anyways, stay away from this place. You think you're fine because you're ordering a brand you've found to be reliable, then they send you whatever the hell they feel like so you end up with one of the cheaper, shady products that don't pass the reagent tests.

Yes, we replace brands sometimes. But only on something more expensive. This means that if you purchased a product for $80 you will get something that has a price of $80+.
Even in your case our shipping department made a mistake we always send a refund for a difference (80-60=20 usd plus some extra money for troubles).
And last comment: we do not have shady brands in our stock. All of our items come factory sealed produced on official pharmaceutical plants.
