Deduction Theft

Sportsbet got this right some time ago but noticed they are falling into the old habit of applying deductions for initial scratchings but not compensating for additional scratching thereafter - Take race 2 at Ballarat on the 29/05/2022 KEPPEL BAY was scratched and the deduction was 44c the win ( a bit steep but acceptable) The odds for the rest of the field after that scratching is cut in half, a $15 chance before scratching of Kepple Bay is reduced to $7 - Front Lawn is then scratched some time later leaving a bigger than normal deduction as if it was scratched at the same time as Kepple Bay - Now the deduction is correct for Front Lawn BUT Kepple Bay's deduction must be reduced to compensate for punters that placed bets when there were no scratchings. TAB do this and Sportsbet had it right so what's going on?

TAB's initial deduction was 40c when Keppel Bay was scratched and then reduced it to 33c when Front Lawn was an additional scratching thereafter. TAB got it right so why is Sportsbet screwing early fixed odds punters? 100% theft and they obviously know it but what can one do? NT Racing Commission are useless and side with the bookmakers saying if you do not like the way they take out deductions do not bet with them.

Some of the positives I will give them is they let restricted punters like myself (not all) on to win more than the others so tick there but that BS deduction at Ballarat has me fuming as I know it is just blatant theft and they are hiding behind the NT Racing Commission - A number of the smaller Corporate Bookies on that day (Playup) also ripped punters off with deductions BUT as Sportsbet are by far the biggest and should know better they get the wrath from me.

The worst. Look past all their obscure and irrelevant special offers and their odds are the worst on offer. Just about everything about sportsbet is inferior but one thing that always annoyed me was how often the "odds have changed" message would come up as you were about to click the last button to confirm a bet. And guess what..... the odds only went down, never once went up. They are a dishonourable company. Avoid them

Recent experience with Sportsbet, after a 6 year relationship, I'm out.
I use the service of Black book Push Notifications regularly.
Last weekend @ Doomben a horse I have had in my Blackbook for quite some time now. And each time it was racing I would back it. With a result of about 6 losses to a 2nd place. Always ran at good odds. Well on the Monday night after the Doomben meet, I hear on the news my BB horse had won @ excellent odds. My immediate thought was I missed the BB notification. But when checked and confirmed with customer service that I never received a Notification. Was then told someone would get back to me. So far nothing , no response of an apology or the offer of a bonus bet or 2.
So I've decided to give ole Sportsbet the " flick " off ! Go back to TAB !

I have been using this site since couple of months, I have very good experience till now.

Sounds like this site is just as bad as Ladbrokes...!
Ladbrokes turned me off online betting forever.

Scam artists. They're happy to take your money, but try to withdraw it and they'll make it almost impossible. I've spent hours trying waiting in queues and trying to get documents certified.

Your stake is too high once you load your money. Then there is no withdrawal if you chose to not place a bet after the your stake is too high message. If you're not accepting high bets give me my money back😒Definitely deleting and leaving asap. Can't believe these guys!

This the absolute worst betting site out there. They change bets so they don't have to pay out. The sky streeming is crap it freezes 6 times through a race never get to see finish. Don't waste your time on this crap site. Ladbrokes, bet365, points bet their all better. Try them before getting involved with this site made from paedophiles. So they can use the money to hide their kiddie touching from the police

They are rejecting bets after approval, if they won. After bets placed, the loading screen appears for more than 20 seconds to check bets. They approved my bets once and the approval screen appeared. However after approval they canceled it without notifying or informing customer. They are not fair, keep away.

Atrocious customer service and wait times. Account gets blocked and they take ages to act on refunds etc. I wouldnt recommend Sportsbet to anyone

BEWARE they will not let me withdraw my money!!! do not deposit with them.

If there's anything below 1 star....absolute SCAM of a company....verification took forever.....when finally done, withdrawal was disabled because I had turn $300 into over $10k......withdrawal finally allowed after may chats with customer
service and fund later returned to my betting account after 4 working days when they realized the bet account was empty....long story short....I loose all to them again....already deactivated my account...PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE A PLAQUE...SCAMMERS.

Absolutely disgusted at the rude and unhelpful team at sports bet. I rang their support team because I was locked out of my account, simple password reset! I was told that I owe $9000+ on 5 accounts that I had never heard of. When I asked to speak with customer security team, they made themselves unavailable on 3 separate occasions. My plan was to stop further fraudulent accounts being made for my good and theirs. Incredibly unhelpful and blatanlty rude customer service. They don't give a hoot about you and your account! My advise NEVER touch these crooks!

My partner has always said that sportsbet stitch him up but I had never experienced it until now.

I put a same race multi on, 3 horses to come top 3 and 1 to come top 4. WELL my 3 top 3 horses came exactly that and my top 4 horse has managed to have a dead heat for third place. I was supposed to win $92, but they only gave me $43..... Less than half. As far as I am concerned, my top 3 horses came exactly where they should have... My top 4 horse went one better.... How they can try and justify a payment of less than half is beyond me.

When I tried to get an explanation, they explained what I believe to be the dead heat rules for a single win or placing then didn't want to hear anything more from me and said I am ending the chat now before I could respond. I am not happy with the lack of customer service I just received. Just didn't want to give me the time of day.

I know $92 is chump change for some but I'm not a big better and I don't win very often and now it is a principle thing for me. I'll be using pointsbet from here on out! They are killing it with their service at the moment and sportsbet could learn a thing or two from them.

They are son of bi**ch...very cleaver and never answer a call if there is a probability you win.
