Under gambling regulations sport bet should have void all bet the count holder has placed after with the error credit, Instead negative the count holder and make count holder take full responsible the error. Please avoid sport app they don’t wanted to resolve problem and continue take account holder responsible for the error credit.
If sport Bet doesn’t comply to gambling regulations they shouldn’t be able to run this gambling business. All management we spoken doesn’t even know there regulations gambling acts and continue to say we can’t void or return account holder money that they have deposit. Good and service hasn’t been provided by sport Bet. Again please avoid this app.

I absolutely despise this company. They are nothing more than greedy vultures. When I'm having a good run suddenly they decrease the price and then afew minutes later it's back to what it was. There have been numerous times funds have taken up to 3 days to hit my account whilst other agencies arrive the following day. I've had occasions also where the withdrawals haven't added up and I've had to phone them. They must think we're stupid !! On occasions I've been asked to upload bank account details to prove the funds weren't put in. What they might not realise is I have a separate account and keep tabs on EVERY penny I withdraw and what comes back. I advise every customer to do that too, if they manage to retain any !! Last week I waited 20 minutes to enquire about a bet. It was Monday afternoon FFS !! Hate them. Plenty of other options than these parasites

Bet return not payed until I had 3 live chats (gave up after waiting so long) so I called them and went on hold for 50 minutes on the phone. Had the bet return fixed. The last chance for a business that should be in customer service.

If you have any other option (and you do), do not use these prawns. Happy to take your turnover, have a reasonable win and you lose all access to promo bets. Should be shut down by regulators as being professional sharks. get them on live chat to discuss and they just hang up on you.... a joke of an organization. can see how they spend so much on advertising as they shut out anyone that wins a dollar.

Sports bet is the most dishonorable sports agency out there. Trust me I have account with several different agencies. I have been paid out twice this week and then my money taken back after a protest. Of you pay a bet out houner it or don't pay it in the first place. I saw on there own app official dividends in green saying final results. Bloody Indian givers. Stay away from sports bet. They are shifty and dishonest.

Trust me they are terrible and very dishonest, i am never going to use them again, i tried to put a bet on a mere 20 dollars, but did not make the cutoff so although the money stayed in my account i could not withdraw it, so after an hour of waiting on their so called chat i decided to call so after another 1 hour i finally got someone. i got told this if you can believe it, if you deposit any money, you cant with draw it, you have to bet it, thats a grabbing money disgrace. IE if you deposited maybee 1000 or even 2000 unless you bet it you cant withdraw it, be so careful with this mob there are better out there

I won $34,700 but i can't withdraw it . next day sport bet account closed my account with them .I talked to them on phone and chat still yet I don"t get my account back. It is because i am a girl i can't win that amount , i don't know what to do next .

Offer bugger all in terms of bonuses especially when systems are down plenty of other betting agencies out there that actually value their customers

Customer service screaming at me talking over me won’t pay out a 9000 dollar bet I won have some technical thing where I have to read there terms and conditions about soccer matches have been betting with them for ages now no respect

I was a customer for a while but they don't honour their bets. If a bet is just slightly in your favour expect them to not honour it on some technicality that won't make sense. My friend bets with Ladbrokes and he never had that issue with same bet.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all. Go to anyone else if you want to be treated well and valued as a customer. These people should not be getting any customers. I put picture of my bet so you can see I am not lying. I also have the conversation The same bet was honoured at Ladbrokes. They wanted me to cancel my bet because I had Penrith with only +11.5 and the new bet they wanted me to place was at +19.5. Do your self a favour and DO NOT USE THEM! They did not make any effort to help me or work around it! Worst support and customer service!

Worst customer service ever. I had opened my account the previous night and for some reason they wouldn't accept my debit card (even though over wagering platforms do Bet365 and TAB). So I decided to transfer money using my bank account and was checking regulary to see whether my money had reached my account only to find I had been locked out so I contacted them via their live chat.

The first guy asked me whether I agree to the terms of service so, I click on the link have a scroll through and by the time I click back he has disconnected the chat. Surely it is illegal for these people to ask me in a chat to effectively sign a contract and not give me appropriate time to read said contract.

The second bloke dosen't ask me to agree to the trrms of service (thankfully) and actually identifies the problem. I had apperently oppened a previous account (which I think was BetEasy account that I had opened 3 years early) so he 'fixes' the problem and lectures me in the chat like I had commited some great crime and asks me to log in. Before I could return to the chat on their clunky app and ask him a follow up question this c*** has disconected the chat.

I haven't had many customer service experinces in my life always being the type to avoid making a hassel for someone isn't probably making that much. But I work in fruit in veg at my local Woolworths and if I had treated a customer like that I would get my a*** whoped my manger.

I can't speak to the quality of their betting services as I never got to make a bet and these thieves will likely end up with my $50. But I can say if you ever a problem you are in for one hell of ride.

they are very unprofessional and discriminative . offered me no bonus bets regarding outage saturday night but gave it to whoever they felt turned over most money and not genuine punters. I know people who got bonus bets who werent even punting . Wouldnt even consider my situation

Cant believe I stayed as long as I did with this company. They just want your money & don't care about good customer service or keeping the customer happy. I was a VIP customer even though I never received anything as a VIP. So many issues with the app & alot of times when they have a cash out option they will just suspend everything 5 minutes into the match & then say it's your fault. How can u trust that???

Customer service is horrible and their service appalling. If you are with sportsbet cancel it right away. There are better services who will look after your needs.

I complained about a winning bet disappearing off my bets list, l gave them required customer number. Nothing. After my pending Melbourne cup and caulfield cup bets are finalised I'm done, unless they disappear of my bet list too.

This is the best online betting site. They have live racing, good specials, a Sportsbet card and an easy to use app.
