I have had to go to the police and my ANZ bank since my credit card (never out of my sight) has somehow been fraudulently used to the tune of $4,000 on Sportsbet. I have never bet online nor would I. Who is organizing this scam?

Please do not do any betting with this company .I saw a great bet on F1 and made all my bets each way they say I do not but I haver proof .What they don't do is reveal each way bets for you to see the bet until results which enables them to cheat .These guys are crooks .

Disgraceful and non existent customer service.

I cannot believe how difficult they make this product for New Zealand customers. If you're gear up to provide the service then don't offer it?!

My partner had a quaddie at Morphetville last Saturday with Sportsbet. The Adelaide races were called off after two races and the meeting transferred to Monday. Sportsbet did not cancel the bet on Saturday,Sunday or Monday. The bet stood. There was no refund over that 3 day period. My friend, Anne Wilson, picked the quaddie which paid over $2k. Instead of receiving her winnings, Sportsbet declared the bet VOID after the event and refunded her stake, only. Surely this amounts to dishonest behaviour!

Sportsbet is a joke. If you deposit funds into their account you cannot withdraw it again without first betting with it (turning it over). If you do not turn it over within six months they keep your money. Even if do turnover the funds and then don't use the account for six months they start charging $10 per month inactive account fee. So basically if Sportsbet don't keep your deposited funds because you haven't bet they blatantly take it anyway after six months. The inactive fee is not disclosed in Sportsbet's terms and conditions either. Once your money goes into Sportsbet's accounts it never comes back out. Do not use this corrupt corporate money taker!!!

The worst betting agency. They will take all your money and if you win. They will void it and says it didn’t go in. F them mob

Sportsbet said they paid my winnings into my account but it wasn't in my bank account. I tried to get a response on line no use, one week later I rang to see where they sent my money, after waiting 15 minutes i got thru and they required further information, i sent off the required info. Now I wait!

Don't ever use sports bet. They scammed my money. There was one time I get on a table tennis match and the finished result is a win but they counted it as a loss. Tried to call their customer service which I had to wait for almost an hour and said they will get back to me after 48 hours. But after a week they told me that the it was a loss even after proving my bet receipt with the correct live score from sofa score! They told me I bet on a match that happened an hour earlier.. so they were trying to tell me that I went back in time an hour earlier to bet. The worse of all, even after I told them I watched the matched live and placed a live betting.. They still told me that they are not gonna do anything about it because they say it's a loss.. scammmmmmmmmmm....

Mistakes happen and they didn't understand the situation from a glitch I picked up on their app. thanks for your service 🤙🏼guess they made me realise gambling is dumb so that's a positive outcome. Chur

Placed a fixed odds bet paying 5/1. Horse won, they paid out 3/1. "Live chat" took 40 minutes for a response, then they disconnect. Absolute scam-artists. F*** you, Sportsbet.

Please stop advertising on tv, evil go away.

If I could give it no stars I would - live chat is crap they NEVER respond, even after 5 days of trying! Ridiculous! I’ve emailed and tried contacting them on both google platform and the app! They keep implying that there is 1 customer before me w.t.f 3 hrs later .....same result.

When I decide to research really hard on 50 teams and find a couple I like, I usually win money. When I do, afterwards Sportsbet begins having troubles and stops me from placing bets. This happens each time I do well, as though when they realize that you know how to win, they ruin your system to stop you betting. I had problems and they helped me fix them but didn't have an excuse, then I'll encounter more issues. Then nobody will reply to me in chat support and are forced to call them and demand help. These issues only happen after I win from my hard work researching.

I find Sportsbet good in a way that there AFL multi betting is really good cause they have a lot of different ways to bet compared to other betting apps but the problem I have with them is that when the offer you a 3+ same game multi special that if one leg fails, get your bet back in bonus bets, they don’t give you that bonus bet back, that part is a sham! I changed from Neds to Sportsbet when I didn’t really have a problem with Neds at all but after this scam with Sportsbet I’m definitely going back to Neds, sorry Sportsbet but don’t offer your customers something if your not going to give it to them!

I used bonus bet, no scratchings from acceptance of my bet, underpaid $175. Worst service ever!!! Three phone calls to 24/7 hotline, one at 1.25am(!) got the same pre-recorded runaround-90 mins wasted. Three emails. Not a peep. I’ve used other betting services, never a problem. This one is the pits!

Beteasy was way better. Poor pickup time for live bets. I waited for 10 min and still no aswer before which the market was removed. Absolute waste of time.

Ive been with sportsbet approximately 18 months and i have to say they are much better than the tab. I receive bonus bets regularly, won money from tipping competitions and overall i can't fault them. Keep up the good work sportsbet

Treat your customers like imbeciles. The Trump Hub is the last straw. I just deleted your app Sportsbet. Maybe I am not as stupid as your dumb sh** ad campaigns, which are directed at morons.

Sportsbet took over beteasy, so I download the app, Placed 2 bets on the doggies, trifecta and first 4 same race, received the payout for the trifecta but not the first 4, both say "won", numbers were right, chat messaged them, Georgia first tells me I never boxed the bet (which clearly was) then tells me the winnings didn't cover the bet, then get told it wasn't a multi bet ... So 1.5 hours later getting passed around. Rip offs, enjoy the Xmas pissup at my expense, photos uploading to media as I write this review.
