Sportsbet often do not honour bets, like if a horse is scratched in the race, they will deduct a percentage of the win. The price they deduct seems random. Anything to pay less money. They are scammers, please beware.

Friendly people, fair odds and good promos but 2 stars at the moment because I missed out on making a live bet for a third time (the call centre to bet live crashes too much).

I use sportsbet on my Samsung tablet and after the last update it now tells me my device is not compatible. I can use the web site but that is rubbish

If you google search withdrawal processing times do not believe what you find I am with commonwealth bank and Sportsbet are not processing withdrawals at the times they claim they do the 8:30am 17:10pm 19:15pm 21:00pm supposed processing times are certainly not being processed so they are only perhaps processing at 1 or 2 of their claimed 6 processing times and they should remove that false info from the internet. Also check totes and fixed odds on other sites before betting as the bookies at Sportsbet sure do display false odds and you will very often end up betting on your runner well under the real market price. Do not read into their race form and analysis as they can not be trusted and be sure to snapshot bets as they also reserve the right to void any bet they choose and Won’t hesitate to do so may you have a very big win. Stay a step ahead of them and you will be ok.

Good for a while but I soon worked out that they trick you anytime they can especially during live bets eg. During sports they change market column mid game left to right Or vice versa so be wary and check exactly what you have chosen... Sometimes easier said than done hey. Not recommended sorry

An error on their end led to my bet being voided with absolutely no discussion or attempts to resolve it afterwards. Much like a lot of the other comments on here they have zero interest in customer service and won't even discuss the matters you raise with them, but then have the audacity to send you a feedback form asking how they did.

So rude of the customer service and the betting settlement time is so long and always make mistake. They will always say it is not their business and forward your request to the trade team! Try me, for a happy betting experience, never do with Sportsbet.

Ive been with sportsbet for many years.always happy to take your deposit,until you have a goodrun and win some money.all of a sudden without notice your promotions bonus bets etc are cut off no notice.called them and they said not sure why that happened.

Used to be a decent betting agency and app but constant updates that actually ruined a product that worked fine. No resolution to the issues and no loyalty provided despite raising issues over and over again. Constant issues trying to watch sport on the app after all these pointless updates when it worked fine to begin with. Make sure you do shop around coz much better options out there. Raised the issue on numerous occasions and advised I would terminate account and their only resolution was to assist in terminating account. Proof they really don't care about resolving their consumers issues. Please don't waste your time and go with someone who at least attempts to resolve issues.

I have been a priorty customer of sports bets for 15plus , I’ve left messages to get a phone call back talk to live chat to get a phone call back , regarding on hold on live bets by the time I get through the bet is suspended, not happy at all as I deactivated my account.

I asked why my son gets a few bet return offers every day and I get none
Explanation given was the the promotions team give offers “at their discretion “
I said that it seemed unfair that some customers get these offers and others don’t
I have been with them for years and it appears that loyalty is not rewarded “at their discretion “

Out of the blue tell me my account has been closed and refuse to give me a reason.

I was promised to have this account upon migration from Beteasy and when they merged they advised that my account wouldn’t get migrated and refused to explain why.

after a accouts been open for a month. sportsbet gets used to your betting preferences and then sportsbet changes odds on accounts individually. just to push you towards picking the losing bet. sneaky dogs.
