Great Product-Terribly shipped
I ordered a pair of indoor soccer goals. They arrived within a week of my order, however when they arrived the boxes were tattered. The product inside was unharmed, it was just slightly annoying/embarrassing to receive
neglected boxes. The dilapidated boxes were torn, broken, ripped and essentially pointless other than being pieces of cardboard around metal. Would suggest improving shipping.
Great Velcro on the goals. Very impressive.

Better communication would be helpful.
I made my order for the shinguards on Saturday. I did not expect them to be ordered until the beginning of the week. I received no confirmation of my order on Monday. Nor did I receive confirmation of my order on Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I called to find out the status of my order. I was told they would probably be shipped out that day. I receive the order the following day. I was absolutely ecstatic about receiving it the following day. However, it would have been nice to receive confirmation on Monday as to the status of my order without me having to call on Tuesday
