4 out 5. The only reason why it's not a five because you sent the wrong chest protecter for my daughter. The refund policy is crap. Other than that the service was good. Prices are good. Probably buy from you guys again!

Excellent service!

Purchased backboard padding. Arrived in nice shape. Easy to install. We had to drill holes for bolts. Connecting rods about 4 inches long connect center under rim together. Appears that this may work better than other connections that I have seen. Only time will tell. Great price compared to other vendors. Arrived quickly

The ordering process and shipping was great, but the product wasn't in perfect condition: A set of goals in which the seam of one came undone. I had to re-sow it.

Lore, a sales rep, was very personable and knowledgable of the product line. She was quick with follow-up and saved our church some money. SFG is now my go-to source for atheletic equipment. Great outfit.

Case good quality but doesn't have length to fit all high school and men's length javelins.

The service was superior. The morning after placing the order online I received an email from Lori stating that there was a problem with the CC that I given her. She made multiple attempts to help resolve the issue. She followed up with phone calls and we eventually resolved the issue. The items that were ordered were in high demand and the manufacturer was shipping product with about a 2 week delay. No problem there understandable. As we approached the 2 weeks time I noticed that the holiday was approaching and the school was going to be closed so I thought I would check with Lori and find out when she expected delivery. I received an immediate email response and then a call shortly after. She was very considerate and was able to make sure everything was delivered on time. Excellent service. I will plan to order from Sports Facilities Group in the future.
