NIGHTMARE! Purchased two tickets to the Liverpool VS Arsenal (Anfield game). Was denied entry at the barrier, spoke with ground staff who told me tickets have already been scanned. Clearly they sold me tickets who have already been sold or used by the membership holder! Contacted bank for refund. Can’t believe I was tricked to believing this company was genuine!! Traveller 3 hours for the game, fuel wasted, time wasted, 2023 ended a bad way!

For a first time user, I was extremely apprehensive as it was a lot of money to me and I had recently been scammed by another company. I had read the reviews about it being a bit nail biting waiting for the tickets as they could be last-minute
However, they came 2 days before the match electronically. Absolutely no problem getting into the "500" club at Manchester Utd and a great experience was had. Would use this company again.

Sport Tickets Office offered us the opportunity to visit Everton and we were very happy with that. The price of the tickets was a bit high, but the rest was perfect. The communication was good, reaction on a question of mine was quick, and tickets were delivered by e-mail a few days before the game.

Bought tickets to Villa vs Arsenal. Got 3 tickets seated next to each other. Faultless service, tickets arrived to hotel on time and plenty of communication throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Bought tickets to watch a football match, had tickets on the day which was close but really enjoyed the game, whenever I emailed about things I always had a reply quickly

Didn’t receive my tickets till 1 day before the game. Tried many times to call the helpline which I never end up getting through to. The tickets were a surprise gift to my dad and uncle who have been hardcore fans since kids. In the end they couldn’t go due to living far away and having such short notice a waste of 170pound.
