Great claims experience
Spot On Insurance has a wonderful customer service and claims experience. I recently made my first pet insurance claim and I can honestly say the process from start to finish was absolutely brilliant. Processing the claim online was very easy and further contact via email was polite and very quick. They dealt directly with my vet and approved my claim in no time at all. This is when you really know if an insurance company is worth the premiums paid and I can honestly say Spot On is worth it.

Cheap, but they don’t cover much. You’ll spend most of your time arguing about what is and isn’t included, rather than focusing on caring for your pet.
My advice would be to go with another provider. The initial quote might be slightly higher, but it’s worth it for cover that actually protects your pet properly.

Insurance Claims Made Easy!
I had a claim to submit for my dog.
I logged on and submitted the paperwork on the Thursday evening, on the Tuesday I was advised it would be paid in full up to the level of cover I had in place and on the Monday the money was in my bank.
Very easy, straightforward and efficient process in place.

Paid extra for dental cover for my cat. Beware, if your vet suggests it's not urgent and getting treatment at a later date. If you don't get treatment within 3 months of the Vet's record/Visit, they will not pay out. As I have discovered.
