polite, patient, competent
I asked them to organise a slightly not straightforward shipment of a bike from uk to greece. Everything was organised professionally and efficiently. Every person I spoke to was patient, clearly knowledgeable, and helpful (I highlight Garyfalia, who was especially helpful when there was a slight glitch with the local partner). Most highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Spourgitis Kalamata - an excellent experience!
I took a box to Spourgitis Kalamata, containing dry and liquid food items. The items were repacked in my presence, in to their own cardboard boxes which were of excellent quality. The goods arrived within the agreed times, in good condition. I had also received an email with a tracking link, which was really convenient. So overall, I had an excellent experience!

A parcel was sent from Greece to the UK. Customs got in touch multiple times with questions, and Garifallia always handled these requests herself in a professional and timely manner. She's also super friendly. Amazing customer experience overall, I'd highly recommend using this company!
