Missing shipment with lack of communication
We used this company twice to ship our personal belongings overseas. During the second shipment, we included a PC, and to our disappointment, its most important component was missing upon arrival. As a result, the PC is no longer usable.
We have sent dozens of emails and made multiple phone calls seeking answers regarding our missing and valuable item. Unfortunately, we have received no response or final resolution from the company.
We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service, especially considering the value of the missing item and the inconvenience this situation has caused.
EDIT:
After posting this review, the company contacted me and offered 100 euro compensation because they cannot find the GPU. After I asked for a full refund of a shipment, they never replied.
I recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Your case remained under investigation as we were trying to locate the shipment and its contents. Unfortunately, we were not able to trace the specific missing component.
According to our transport terms for non-insured shipments, compensation is calculated based on weight (€5 per kg) as well as a proportional refund of the transport cost. This is why the relevant compensation offer was provided to you.
We fully understand your frustration and we would like to assure you that we treat such matters with the utmost seriousness, continuously working to improve our processes and service.

Positive end-to-end experience. I sent a cardboard box from Greece to France and it arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely use the shipping company again in the future!!
