I booked them to do a spring clean/deep clean, was told I would need to give £40 deposit to secure date and time, which was through Stripe link. On the day they were due to arrive, I received a WhatsApp 8 minutes before the arranged time to say they couldn't come as the cleaner was ill, and could they rearrange. My friends were flying in to visit the next day, that is why I had scheduled it for then as everywhere would be clean and done so I didn't have to rush round again cleaning. I messaged them back asking if they could come at 9am the next morning. I didnt hear anything for couple of hours so I emailed them and WhatsApped asking for my deposit back as I was just going to clean. When I messaged this they replied straightaway saying they could come in the morning. Next day, no one turned up again, they didn't answer my phone call, they did reply to my WhatsApp and said "I've refunded u". I will wait and see as its not in my bank account yet! Should have just cleaned myself when they canceled the first day instead of then rushing before my friends landed!
Don't bother with this supposed company and pick one with local or national reviews! I think it is a scam website/company.
