If I could give zero stars I would!
If I could give zero stars I would. I booked based on reviews. The chemical they used to clean my oven dripped down my cupboards and ruined my cupboards, cobwebs behind the headboard, side of sofas, sticky kitchen floor. This is just a few things I can mention. I had to clean after them!
Out of 5 empty sockets in the room they decided to pull out the socket that had plugged in my WiFi and after that I couldn’t get my WiFi back! I had to book an engineer to come on Monday and that cost me £150. I have proof of this.
You could argue that I should have told them not to pull out the WiFi out of the socket but to use other unused sockets in the room. But hey…. sometimes you assume everyone has common sense.
I couldn’t continue working from home that day because I had no WiFi so I had to drive 30 miles to work.
I don’t necessarily use the kitchen every day, some of the damage I came across 2 and half days later.
This was the first time I’d ever let anyone clean my house but I had to due to slip disc.
I will never let anyone come to my house to clean because of this awful experience
I wish I had never set my eyes on them!
They left me with sticky floors and an empty pocket!
Some people may describe my experience as‘being scammed’ in a subtle way.
I usually come to trustpilot before purchasing anything or services.
Why didn’t I?
Additional:
I just added this after I posted this review:
They ‘cleaned’ the kitchen, bathroom 1 bedroom and lounge. And they charged £198 and the bill for a call out by the engineer was £150. If for any reason Trustpilot or anyone wants proof of these, I have them.
However, I’m not here to moan about the money, it’s about principles, trust and integrity. And they have none.
