I was recently asked to perform a home inspection on one of their clients potential properties. Communication was quick, clear and concise. They showed an involved interest in the property for their client and wanted to ensure there were no unforeseen surprises with the integrity of the home for their client prior to close if the transaction. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with them again!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. My CFO tried to coordinate a loan with Larry Brand out of the new York branch. Worst experience in my entire career. This company should be sued and dissolved. No communication. Every time we asked for a list of what's needed we had to pry it out, only for it to be changed in the middle of the deal multiple times. Made new demands from architects (on Christmas) in order to close by Dec. 28th. Cost me thousands, but we got it done. Ghosted me less than 24 hours from closing of an extremely detailed approval. If I hadn't saved the deal( by the skin of my teeth) would have spent my entire life pursuing their shut down. Almost cost me over half a million. I'm a licensed GC with over 25 years experience. My CFO has an MBA in finance. CANCEL THIS COMPANY. They are a sad little joke.

Hands down the most inept handful of…

Hands down the most inept handful of community college dropouts posing as financial professionals. Underwriting is clearly not the forte of this organization let alone reading basic financial documents. If they dragged their feet any more, they ought change their name to Sloth mortgage. Their inability to read and interpret simple data is equivalent to what you would expect on an elementary school short bus! I apologize but I don't understand how these people are in business, I have triple the loan amount in liquid assets and putting a million cash down with an 840+ credit score and these buffoons can't manage to get a loan submitted after asking repeatedly for the same documents they have been given and just didn't read. Moron Mortgage or Lending is more like it, save your sanity and avoid engaging with this mental health challenged institution of the unlearned!

purposely delay fundings

purposely delay fundings. They do not secure money, they play the market and hope pricing goes their way. If market moves against them they will purposely delay funding and borrower will not get what they locked in at. Operations staff are either over burdened or lack know how. The lender portal has bugs throughout, the AE are young and unknowledgable. The company will not back up what they offer. Essentially any rate that you see is not locked in and will only fund the loan if conveninet to Sprout

Find a different biz credit builder

For the price you pay for what you get in return they are completely useless. This program is worth about $500 because all they do is give you fill in the blanks to do it yourself, which they did not tell me upfront. They said they would be helping me, which is great cause I don't have the time. Again, don't waste your money, all of this can be found on Youtube for free, or pay a much cheaper company for the same thing.

Please do your due diligence and do not…

Please do your due diligence and do not use this company. My wife and I are 60 days into our escrow (3 days before we were supposed to close) and we were pre qualified, approved by 2 underwriters and the last underwriter is denying us. Possibly costing us our new home. We are racing to find another loan in 3 days. NIGHTMARE of a situation. How they are in business is unbeknownst to me. Horrible company, customer service and unethical to say the lease. AVOID, AVOID AVOID.

Not the way I would do business ...

The first person I spoke with set up my account and I was told it would be a 4-6 week process. That was Mid October.

I called back in 6 weeks and was told I would need to start the process over again , which I was ok with. This was Thanksgiving. My advisor was then switched to another person. I have received 1 update since then. Noone will answer the phone or return my texts, phone calls or emails now since Christmas.

Bought their "credit Ready" service…

Bought their "credit Ready" service which was supposed to clear up my credit report so that they could provide funding. 3 months later my credit scores are down 100 points and two of my existing credit cards have been revoked because they fraudulently told them I had never made the application.

Now they are hassling me for $149 per month for making my credit report WORSE.

Reply from Sprout Financial

Hi Mark, we're hoping that we did a good job explaining all the factors that affect personal credit. One of the main reasons credit goes down sharply is due to over utilization of credit cards. Different credit cards have different statement balance close dates and people's credit greatly depends on where their balances are at when the card brands report to the credit bureaus.

Our Credit Ready service helps with inquiries and derogatories such as late payments and collection accounts but does not account for people's card utilization which typically impacts about 30% of a credit score. Keeping utilization below 30% on all credit lines is ideal. Credit will also be impacted negatively when inquiries are made while we are servicing a credit file. And we do not close active accounts in good standings so people should check with their credit card institution if this situation occurs. Credit Ready is 100% guaranteed and we only bill clients for successful removals that positively impact a client's credit.

Fantastic Creative Money Source

Fantastic Creative Money Source!
Im actively working with Danny from Sprout Financial. Love the man. He takes my calls and knows in the ins and outs of getting funding. He lifts mountains, even if you have to do it one pebble at a time. I was very skeptical of non-traditional funding but Sprout is the real deal. Great team, fantastic underwriters (Sunny) and they answer the phone. Pebble, hill or mountain, you should just call. thanks

Sprout Financial Don't do it!

Don't do it!

I was told they could get my credit clear then get me funding. I received a quarter of what they promised. A card was late being delivered & I was hounded for the payment for a failed promise. Then I was chrged on a card that didn't have the funds while I paid with a card that did. After informing them they reversed the transaction I made leaving me overdrawn effectively ruining the credit score I paid for with a monthly service fee I was charged. I was told that they would correct the error however a month later there has been no change & I was stuck with over draft fees & my credit score is worst no than when I started with them.

Thanks Sprout
