Each person that i talked to at Sprout Financial was pleasant and very informative. Great experience!!!

I truly can't blame the whole company on the actions of ONE bad experience, because my interaction from the beginning was great. Today I saw that my account was billed. I really didn't need the service every month so I canceled the account thinking that I could access it until the end of Aug, that was not the case.

But once I canceled my subscription, on 7/30/2018, and saw that I was unable to continue to access my account this Sprout Supervisor turned the table as a representative of Sprout.

This is the first time that I canceled an account and the service provider didn't allow service or access to the account until the end of the month. This is the same thing that I told the supervisor.

I called and spoke with a lady who later said that she was the supervisor. She was very arrogant, combative and provided terrible customer service. She also hung up on me. Once I told her about the issue that I was having, she stated that it was my choice to cancel and that I just lost my money, because she wasn't going to refund my money or give me access to the account to the end of Aug.

She said that it was my choice to cancel on the day before the next month. I asked where was that in writing. I also asked her how did she expect to run a business with that kind of negative disposition? She then tried to project her negative feelings, and disposition onto me and act like I was being combative with her, but all I asked her was where is their policy on what she had just told me. She stated that she didn't know, and at that point I asked for a supervisor, and she said that she was the supervisor. I asked her if she had a boss and she stated that she was the boss, and said that she would talk to me once I was ready to talk like an adult. Then she hung up on me, after being combative, negative and providing terrible customer service. That was just insult to injury!

I called back and asked where was their policy on cancelling with Sprout, and she stated that it was in their subscription process when signing up. I then stated that Sprout had taken money out of my account the day before the next month, so why couldn't get it back; and that I should have been able to access the service until the end of Aug. She corrected me after I asked her how long was my free service period for the $1 and she said 14 day, which would make it 14 day that I owed. She then changed it from not refunding my money to giving me half of it, based on the14 days of service that I did use. I was ok with that because I used that service, but feel based on her negative, disposition, and terrible customer service I will not be returning to the sprout credit service.

Incredible company that can help junp start your financial needs. The staff worked with us every step of the way. If there was a rating over 5 star I would give it.

I was impressed with the service and the results I received from Sprout Financial. I got what I needed in about two weeks!

I encourage you to consider Sprout Financial. I became very disenchanted with everyday bankers who don't have the structure to focus on clients first.

These folks have proven to be very professional and really do care. Great customer service. Talk with real live people. Try it.

I was referred to Sprout Financial by Connected Investors. Got a call from Jonathan Scott and he explained the program in detail. At first, I was hesitant to get funding through credit cards, but he explained that they look for cards that offer zero interest and they have resources to find the best cards. It would have taken me forever to do that. We got started and he called me often to give updates and always answered and had time for me when I called.

My case was then passed to Brittney Brown for processing. She was diligent in communicating by email and phone. In a couple of weeks, I had funding for my Real Estate Investment business with zero interest cards.

Jonathan explained that my credit score qualified me for $25,000, but when it was all over, I actually had $43,000 to work with. Way to go Jon and Brittney!

Sprout also offers credit counseling to help utilize the cards to their fullest and help boost my credit score. That will be a big help.

The only thing negative is that I received two cards from USAA, and one was not a zero interest card. Not a big deal, since I plan on keeping the balances paid.

Jonathan Scott and Brittney did a great job in a short period of time, giving me the control and flexibility to build my business. Thanks for a job well done!

Sprout Financial was very helpful to me. They assisted me to navigate in order to get funding lined up quickly that I couldn't have done otherwise, within the 10 days. I have great credit, so that helped us to obtain my target sum of funding. The approval and liquidation does take some additional work on customer part, but they walk you through it. John, Tiffany, and Arians were all so helpful to me!!! Thanks.

Will lie to you just to get your business. The companies they deal with are very unethical. If you don't want to be lied to and scammed, stay away.

Service was fast! Would have liked to know the person I was working with a bit better than just someone sending me updates via email.
