Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the high prices, noting that many items were significantly more expensive compared to other stores, often feeling that pricing was misleading. There were frequent complaints about the quality of products, particularly produce, which was often found to be rotten, stale, or of questionable freshness, and prepared meals that tasted poor. Reviewers also mentioned issues with the deli and "grab n go" sections, citing concerns about the quality and freshness of prepared items. Some people were dissatisfied with the staff, reporting instances of unhelpful, condescending, or rude behavior, and difficulties getting assistance. Second time purchasing prepared meals that looked good, but tasted poor. Probably healthy, but if it tastes bad, why bother with it? Vitamins & supplements, Bakery, deli, produce Ok. All else: Nope.

Horrible …

Horrible …. In Oklahoma on MacArthur Blvd. Placed an order at 11:00 AM. Initial pick up was 3:15 PM. Wasn’t ready by 5:55 PM even after calling the store and confirming it would be ready before they close. At 6:00 PM, I get a text stating it was ready for pick up. Curbside never came. I walked in. They proceeded to tell me there was no order on file even though I pick up weekly. Manager came, found it on the wrong name on the bags. Tori, an insta shopper in there was RUDE. 3 hour delayed hour which I was okay with but horrible customer service and trying to find my groceries was a disaster. The manager said it must have been IT that caused the problem. This is real life.

Bought a manager's special lamb chop

Bought a manager's special lamb chop which looked fine. It was completely rotten. Basically fit only for vultures not humans. It never should have been available for purchase. Manager said we could not get credit or money back since it was a manager's special. That was very disappointing as this was so bad it was a danger to human health.

Fresh Sour Milk and Spoiled Fruits

Quite an odd experience but basically the first time I ordered from them in my new place we did Instacart. Everything was good, ice cream still frozen, dry stuff still dry. The fruit was juicy and delicious, the milk was still cold and good as always (Organic Valley).

However the second time I shopped there, we went in person since we were free that day. My girlfriend and I picked out exactly the same fruits as last time, blueberries, blackberries, bananas and oranges for the week. They had no eggs left. We also got milk and various other things but the main focus are the fruits and milk.

Most of the blueberries were sour, and the blackberries were not sweet. The oranges were slightly soft and all of them tasted as if they had been sitting in the sun. Which brings me to the milk: it was sour. I don’t know how it was sour when it was meant to expire a month later, and it wasn’t chunky. It seemed completely normal, but when we went to go drink it, it tasted like someone squeezed lemon juice in it, and smelt funky.

I don’t know if maybe the refrigeration in the truck was out, or the milk and fruit sat out too long before being put in the fridges at the store, but they were basically a waste of money. Almost 50 bucks down the drain.

Usually we stick to Aldi, it seems we’ll be going there and trying our local farmers for produce and dairy from now on.

Sprouts always has products you can't find elsewhere

Sprouts always has great produce prices and fruits and vegetables, especially apple varieties, that you don't see anywhere else. At the Orem, Utah store, they even have Runts candy in their bulk food section. This March, they were the only store I could find that had Irish soda bread. Not even the local bakeries had it. Their bakery usually has seasonal exotic pies and cookies if you go in on the right days. Good store to visit as part of your grocery shopping.

Nice store, new cleaning product smells bad

I usually love shopping here , but today I went in and the whole place smelled like cheap perfume. I’m assuming it’s something new they’re using to clean the place , but strong fragrances make me sick, and this smells strong.

Ridiculously priced

Went to the grand opening last year in Cliffwood, NJ. I couldn’t believed how overpriced they were! Needless to say, I went in and left and didn’t buy a thing. I will never go back there again.

West Melbourne FL location Palm Bay Road

If looking to apply to work at the West Melbourne location on Palm Bay Road, FEMALES beware. One of the managers named Alex is a complete jerk. He uses his position and his overbearing testosterone and male ego to intimidate female employees, sometimes even in front of other employees. He completely disregards your legitimate concerns/complaints. Also...beware of another manager Megan. She is like Alex, minus the male ego/testosterone. Won't listen to anything legitimate you may have to say, and instead just disregards your words and just spews corporate babble. The other person to beware of is Lilo. She is completely unqualified to be in the position she is in, like Megan and Alex. Lilo is far too immature to hold the position she does, and will run to Megan like a child runs to a parent to try to get a sibling in trouble, if you just ask simple questions regarding your job. All 3 of these people will not give you the proper training you need as a new employee, and would rather just coast along in the own personal worldly existence. They simply either do not
have the desire and/or the ability. It could be both. Basically, if you "rock the boat", you can expect to be targeted by any of these people. There is a little clique in this building amongst its employees, and sadly it shows only to those who work there, but not to the customers.

I love Sprouts market!

I love Sprouts market. They provide amazing deals on produce, occasional deals of prices that no longer exist like 99 cents on apples. The selection is great too and bulk grains and herbs section is a game changer. The air in the store is clear without fuming with all of these toxic volatile fragrances from dish soaps and detergents isles unlike Vons and Albertsons. Even high end stores like Gelson’s market was fuming with those toxins from that detergents isle which means it also make the produce toxic but Sprouts is clear of that. There is an overall care and more awareness, also selling ECO friendly cleaning product and non toxic personal care products. They are also very receptive to feedback and make changes immediately. The best store with the best prices! Much prefer them then Lazy Acres and Whole Foods that now add also additives in the food with the prices that are over top. Sprouts is like good quality without attitude.
Sprouts is the only store I shop. I never had food poisoning for years shopping there unlike Trader Joe’s almost all products are poisonous and I had multiple food poisonings from their low quality food: fresh salmon, frozen food, grape leaves rice rolls, smoked salmon, frozen berries, chocolate coated almonds accept had horrific food poisoning except their produce which is also underripe . I stopped shopping there I trust only Sprouts!

Sprouts Farmers Market, Flower Mound, TX; District And Corporate Office

I Was Poorly Treated; Humiliated; Defamed And Unjustly Handled. I Reached Out To Corporate As The Final "Chain Of Command"; And, Based Upon Mr. Jack Sinclair's Rude Customer Service And Lack Of Professionalism, It's No Wonder Why Some Of Those Whom I'd Encountered During The Complaint Process "Below His Pay Level" Behave The Same Way.

Litigation Follows If I Am Unable To Resolve This Matter With The Few Governmental Agencies That I've Contacted, Who Govern Commercial Services That Are Essential For Consumer Use.

I am a frequent shopper at the Sprouts and I prefer shopping there over other markets.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a frequent shopper at the Sprouts Farmers Market Store #702. The managers there are Julian and Shiloh. Suzanne, David, and other employees have helped assist me as a customer. Julian and Shiloh are professionals who treat their employees and customers with a great level of dignity, respect, and professionalism. Each time I go there the service has been awesome. I am also a Development Director who solicits gift cards, donations, etc. for the homeless and less fortunate individuals who need assistance in various ways. Sprouts has been one of my greatest supporters and we are so grateful. Keep up the good work because it is paying off. I must say this is a great team.

A Satisfied Customer,

Rosie Harris

5 items refunded and 2 replacements

5 of my items were refunded and 2 replacements. Then I waited 20 minutes at curbside for my order and I had to call the number twice throughout waiting. My order came out when I was walking through the doors to go in. I wish I was making this up. This is my first time shopping here and I will not be returning.

Frustration

I applied for a job as an assistant manager at the vitamins section. I had an informal interview in-store followed by a phone interview. The interviewer on the phone was very pleased and put me through to the final stages of the interview processes, with the store managers. After a week of hearing nothing, I contacted the phone interviewer and stated I could, she was surprised I had not been approached and again said she would inform the manager.

This review isn't about not getting the job, it is about the frustration of how large companies treat people, and keep them hanging in the air not knowing what is going on. Surely, managers have staff who they can delegate such tasks as informing people as to what is going on.

Feeling frustrated and let down by a company whos values state "we care genuinely and deeply about our customers, our people, our communities and our families".

This does not come across.

100% of political contributions to the GOP

When Kroger raised their prices so high that I could shop at Sprouts and sped the same amount - I did...that is until I learned that hey give 100% of their political contributions to Republicans. It will be Natural Grocers (don't give any to the GOP) going forward. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place actively working to have my rights as a women taken away. I hope you will consider the same

Fresh, Affordable, and Full of Amazing Deals!

I’ve loved Sprouts Farmers Market ever since it opened in town years ago! Their fresh produce and wide variety of choices make every trip enjoyable. It’s like Whole Foods, but so much more affordable.

One of my favorite things about Sprouts is the amazing deals—they always make me so happy! The “Manager Special” section is a personal favorite, where you can score killer deals on high-quality food, snacks, and even nutritional supplements.

Sprouts is a place where affordability meets quality, and I’m so glad they’re part of our community!

Bad Customer Service

Their cashier is so rude. Can't they get nice cashiers? She looked angry. Couldn't wait to get out. First time and not returning again. Must be a reflection of the managers. I wonder what the managers are like. Can't imagine. Treat people the way you want to be treated. Who is perfect?

New Sprouts Farmers Market…

New Sprouts Farmers Market just opened in GA. It is actually just another grocery store with greatly overpriced goods. THE FRESH PRODUCE SECTION WAS DISMAL-small space, very limited selection of ordinary items and some were not presented properly, e.g., asparagus bundles piled on their sides and drying out rapidly. Some items almost reasonably priced but better quality avocados are cheaper at Publix ($2 vs $1.25). Quality canned beans are cheaper everywhere. ETC., etc… If I desperately need some item that I cannot find in less expensive stores, first I’ll look at Amazon to compare prices! You too might be surprised!
