Wow, great signal, great and fast customer service, really good app and website and best of all a really good price... Bye bye Sky Mobile hello Spusu :)
Very helpful easy communication calming voice all call handlers should be as good 👍
You can reach an actual person very quickly. No waiting. Very impressed so far.
Although self-service is not a strong aspect of Spusu service, they certainly compensate with great customer service. The call was take promptly (no wait) and Chris was incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to explain what was happening. She solved everything and even helped with a few extra settings to improve my experience with the phone line. I am really impressed with the quality of the network and the Spusu team.
Very understanding about my situation. Thank you so much !!
Alex was very helpful, problem rectified within minutes .
Thank you to Daniela. I have rang in a few times with a problem with mobile data. Daniela resolved an issue that others could not fix very swiftly. Thank you Daniela for your expertise and quick resolution to my problem. It is really appeciated
When I joined them I would have rated it as 5star. A few months in making phone calls has become laggy, calls drop out or people cannot get me. I am told this is due to voice over wifi issues and that because my phone in not on their supported list there is nothing they can do - I dont want to use voice over wifi, which they cannot support, I just want to make a phone call. The compatibility and support of voice over wifi is critical, which their info does not make clear - if your device is not explicitly on their supported list, even if it seems irrelevant, dont go with Spusu. The advice was to buy a new phone or move! Really frustrating that the issue is not made explicit before you sign up. So now definitely a 1star, when it had been so promising.
Porting wasn't completed on time, and no notification to say it had been done. Did contact customer service who didnt get back to me.
Can only make calls using VoLTE which means when you miss/ignore a call a text is sent from voicemail (which is turned off) but this only shows the number, not the contact name..great if you know all your contacts by heart...
Was a very good customer experience

Terrible experience with Spusu. Mobile signal was horrendous, could barely make a phone call without the signal dropping out. Customer service took an eternity to respond to my complaints/queries. Would not recommend. Left after only 7 days due to unusable network coverage.

I switched from Sky o2 about 3 weeks ago, but have found the service to be unreliable and poor. Firstly many calls took up to a minute to connect, some not at all, plus I was getting network unreachable calls from about 60% of people trying to contact me. Also on a couple of occasions I've had no network at all for several hours.
The only positives I can say is that the 5g data when a signal was available was fast, plus the customer service was ok when I phoned them, although it cost me £3.70 in home phone call charges when I had no signal the first time, and would have been more if I hadn't asked them to phone me back.
So, after only 3 weeks I switched to 1p Mobile this morning. I have never experienced calls connecting so quickly, it's instant. It wasn't even like that on Sky, which I only switched from as no 5g on o2 in my area, and it wasn't value for money. Also, where I was missing many calls in the armchair in my house, I have been able to receive them since I switched this morning. Both Spusu and 1p Mobile piggyback off EE, but the difference so far is remarkable.

Finally having been driven mad with O2's lousier and lousier reception - to the point where phone calls were near-impossible, and mobile data was simply a mad man's dream, I decided to move to EE.
I took a couple of hours out of an otherwise busy day to go into an EE shop, but sadly they were unable to provide me with a mobile connection due to a systems problem.
So, on my walk back to the car I decided to have a quick look at Spusu's website (via USwitch). Within ten minutes I'd signed up for their 20GB a month package, received the emails, and the eSIM was on my phone. Working immediately and with full signal (imagine that!).
A couple of days later my number was switched (the old number running concurrently with the Spusu one during the switchover period), and other than having to make a couple of settings changes to my iPhone, all went perfectly.
The price (£6.90 per month) is the sort of money that falls down the back of my car seat in the form of pocket change. The reception is perfect everywhere (it does use EE's network after all), and the app - well that's exactly what's needed and with no extraneous flannel.
Great service, simplicity itself to switch to. Properly well thought out.

Underrated mobile phone company good mobile 5g service as it uses the EE network and the customer service agents are all very friendly and helpful and no long waiting times for someone to pick up your call and all customer agents are uk based.
The bills are cheaper than the bigger mobile companies

PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY NEED TO BE LOOKED INTO Avoid this company can't get short code messages.
So after a month of being with them
They took the second payment that's fine but I only used a few days into the second month I was told on the phone to call them to ask for a refund as refunds are not automatic now to me this is a complete scam if they have a million customers and no one call up to ssk for the refund that they are entitled to that would be a couple of million in their bank.so I called and ask for my refund on a Monday and was told I'd receive a email within 2 days and a refund with 5 days. Come Friday no email and no refund so I called and asked what was going on.Now here comes the con I was told because I ported out the account was closed and there was nowhere for them to issue the refund now surely this will happen to everyone not just me
I then had to provide my bank details for the person on the phone to tell me she has to pass that over to the other team THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE I'm still waiting for a refund.
Yes it's only a couple of pounds but it's not the money it's the principle of everyone doesn't chase up the money they will be profiting a lot of money for services that has not been provided
THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO SO PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS COMPANY
