I made an order which arrived, the lights were too bright and cold for what I was looking for. I used the online returns label they provided but I was never refunded. I have sent two emails to chase since and havent had a reply from either, it is July now and I made the order in April. I have called the customer service helpline but there was never an anwer. I have effectively lost the entire amount of my order. Stay well clear.

Very bright easy to put in n the wall

I purchased the USB rechargeable solar fairy lights because they were supposedly able to cope with our climate and they came with a 2 year guarantee. If the solar charge happened to be insufficient, I could simply charge via the USB lead. The first set lasted a few weeks. The replacement set also lasted just a few weeks. When I contacted CS I was told that I would have to pay the return postage because they would only be liable within the first 90 days. The 2 year guarantee is absolutely worthless, and so are the lights. Save your money.

Purchased a number of 128 lights 418773 order ref.
Came home earlier and one of the lights has disintegrated looks like a common fault with the lights exploding at random. I have not yet had an update from SPV lights for a refund or replacement. I feel there is little use if replacement ones also explode.

I recently purchased a set of stake lights and I am very happy with them. They were delivered quickly and were well packaged. It only took one day of sunshine to powder them fully. They shed excellent light and are very attractive in the garden. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to add light to their garden at night.

Ordered the warm white fairy lights, they arrived well packaged. I have put them in the garden and they look lovely. So pleased with them. I have had several lights from this company and never been disappointed!

This is the company to go to for good quality solar lights plus the price is on point they also are quite good on delivery I cannot comment on refunds etc as I haven’t needed to return anything

Just arrived up at my holiday home to find several of my 120 led light, have exploded, the batteries inside have blown apart and the internals are all over.
The shards of plastic where the batteries have exploded out of the ends have peirced the plastic which could have caused injury if someone had been close by at the time.
Really don't understand how, but some kind of overheat or battery malfunction.
Unfortunately I can't post pics here but will try to make contact with SPV as I am sure they will be interested to find out what caused this.
