Spyra support went above and beyond to help me with my Spyra Two even though I was beyond warranty. They were quick to respond, polite and thorough in helping to get me back in the summer action!

Amazing experience with Spyra Support!

Spyra was in contact with me and we've figured out a solution that makes us all happy. I changed my review from 1 star to 4, as I feel like a five star review would mean having no trouble to begin with.

Their customer support does deserve five stars for the solution, but I stand by my previous statement. Spyra is an amazingly cool company that I've followers since they released their first gun. Insanely fun products.

OLD REVIEW:
SpyraGo (two of them) stopped using after less than an hour of actual use.

For full transparency I bought these water guns last year, but the summer turned out horrid and they were left in a drawer until this year. One of them had been tested and worked as promised, the other wasn't even taken out of the packaging until this year.

Both of them stopped working approximately after an hour's worth of use. And no, it wasn't the battery or them being treated roughly. They were handled with care as I think they're a bit expensive.

Real fun guns but if all you get is an hour's worth of play, then it's bordering on a scam. The reusable "water balloons" are great though.

Customer support was contacted two weeks ago, and one week ago and now today. Auto reply with "we'll get to you as soon as possible" no actual reply.

Bought a water gun 3 years ago to the kids' great delight! Insane pressure in the shots and long battery life. Unfortunately, it broke now, but got a new one under warranty without any issues! Highly recommended for anyone looking to win the water war.

The companies customer service is very very amazing, quick responses and I absolutely love the product!

I bought three Spyra's. They worked great and were very satisfied. One of the Spyra’s started acting funny, so I reached out to customer service. They gave me steps to fix. To no avail the Spyra would not act properly. I was out of warranty, but the company agreed to exchange my water gun to make my 10 year old happy. Great customer service.

I love my Spyra, they are great, each time it gets hot, I play with my kids and they love it. As the Spyra are not usual water guns do not forget to use protection lenses as they shot really strong!!!!
I recommend totally the purchase and best to have 2 that only one as this is not fair for the other one playing with you as they get a really good range.
I would love to purchase the new version as I got the Spyra 2 and the new one seems way better

My Son bought me the Spyra 3 for my Birthday as i am a child at heart and had great fun with it for 2 seasons. This year i had some technical issues with the gun and reached out to the Spyra support team. Even though the gun was out of warranty they were super responsive and came up with some things to help my issue. Janina stayed in touch to see how i was progressing which is very refreshing in todays world. Awesome service :)

Their waterguns are revolutionary. They are super powerful and feel solidly made. It is a joy to see the faces of the kids as they blast each other with them.

So much fun!

On the business side... Shipping is fast. Prices have lowered in the last year. Customer support is responsive. Who could ask for more?

The waterguns are cool, and when they work well, they work very well.

I experienced an issue with one of the two I ordered for my boys, and the support and replacement sent was incredibly prompt and without fuss.

The company makes a fun product - we were happy to get our 2 water blasters to play with our son during the hot summers! When of them stopped working for some reason, Spyra was quick to respond to my email and made sure to make sure we had replacement product. Great customer support!

These are great fun! Did have a slight issue with one of the guns but customer service were very helpful 🙏

Spyra is THE best hobby company. All of their products are phenominal and just as cool as advertised. if you want to be a cool uncle/aunt at any event you will wow all the kids (even the teens though they will try to hide it!) As any piece of technology it can get damaged or be defective but the SPYRA customer service is top notch and will respond to your emails or calls promptly.

They gave me nothing special for this review. I am just a fan.

I want to put 4 stars because no one trusts a five star review, but it would be a disservice to the company.

I can't wait to see what they come out with next!

Me and my kids have loved our Spyra! We’ve used it every summer we’ve had it. Unfortunately we ended up having a problem with ours and one of the bladders broke. We contacted their customer service and not only did they get back to us super fast they replaced the whole gun for us. Amazing customer service. I will be buying from them again.

The company has been timely and excellent to respond to support queries.

Product is solid, anything with water + electronics involved may have issues and they're quick to help find a solution.

Ordered a Spyra 3 from Spyra's online shop in Germany and to be shipped to Portugal.

The water gun stopped working after less than 2 months of total use over 365 days period (and proper dry storage when not in use during winter).

Ordered for € 143,- in July 2023 and already non- working/ useless by Nov 2024.
Contacted Spyra for under exchange under 2- years EU warranty.

Received a return postage label and posted the water gun back for exchange.

3 weeks later: no exchange received, no refund and no reply from the Seller to any of the repeated emails- except a single reply, advising about 1- year- US- warranty (!) and 2- years EU warranty terms.

The actual warranty claim was completely ignored/ omitted in the “reply” and the “SpyraCrew” member that replied could not even be bothered looking up the order & return numbers indicated in the correspondence up in their system prior to “replying.

So, 16 months after ordering a Spyra 3, I have:
- no water gun
- € 143.00 less in my bank account
- spent time on sending emails
- had to drive to the post office to return the non- functioning item
- a reply advising on US warranty terms, amongst other irrelevant info

Resumed, my personal experience can only be described as "pathetic" at best- but please feel free to draw your own conclusions.

Biggest waste of money... this is the second replament of my Spyra gun. They don't hold the water, and by the time you get 2 meters away from filling it, all the water drains out. You get maybe two spots before it empties, and you have a trail of water behind you. If you don't shoot it straight away, it empties within 2 minutes. Stuck with the old garden hose.

Thanks Leana, but you've already replaced it, twice. And its still crap. Not worth the time or the effort to swap it out again.

Very cool and unique water gun. The burst fire mode is my personal favourite setting to use and paired with its recoil makes it feel satisfying.

I bought a water gun that immediately showed itself to be defective. They promptly replaced it but the new one is also defective. Now they no longer respond to emails
