Do you have to have the target device password and ID? I just signed up but I don't have the target device in hand so what else I could do besides having the target???… to set it up? Thank you!

THIS IS A SCAM!! I purchased the 3month plan. $86 "best deal" I have had it 5 days and yet to set up an account!! Everytime I try to log in it just sits ans spins. I have reached out to their "live" chats several times...no response! I have emailed to cancel and get a refund...nothing! Do not buy this. O and there is NO us phone #

I only ordered for a month since not sure about their service. And yes, from the first day, I realized I was ripped off from this company with the service that actually doesn't work. More surprisingly, they took my money for another month. I just found out they automatically charged me without asking me whether I want to continue with the service. I tried to call them but answering machine, I tried to get a refund from them, but the refund page doesn't work. All I can do is sending them email saying please stop my subscription and refund me my money for this month subscription that I didn't agree to. Spyx, refund me my money that i didn't agree to use your service for another month, and if possible, refund me for the first month too because what I did for a month is that regretting myself choosing your company.

Charged me for something I didn’t authorize, clearly by other reviews a slimy and dishonest company who likes to steal people’s identities. They don’t like to respond either.

This company ripped me off. I paid for the download and when I went on the website it wouldn't let me in and kept asking me to pay again. I contacted PayPal for my money back and they said their was proof it was delivered? This is not something that is shipped so what's the proof? Never again with spyx or PayPal.

Nothing is true !! not the interface nor the advertisement ! what a waste of moeny ! you cant contact them and they gave you a spam email that is not real, my 9 year old went on a school trip and i wanted to follow and see where she is going but nothing !

Couldn’t get any information from his phone with this company, no customer service available to help me and had to use _real checker with great and polite customer support on instagram to access his WhatsApp, messages and many features on his phone.

It does not sync and the interface is different from what the demo showed. Nothing is refreshed and nothing to spy on! Waste of time and money! Expensive and the support is not really responsive. They just sent u a generic setting link and thats that! I subscribed for a year , requested for a refund and yet the reply was that they disabled renewal! Rubbish system!!

This company monitoring systems is outdated and in multiple instances the app failed while trying to access my husband phone. On instagram the tracking service of
_real checker is top-notch and easy to use.
I got fast access to Tinder, WhatsApp, calls, and all social media on his phone without touching or installing on his phone which is safe for me and will rate it best I’ve seen so far.
