Excellent customer service. Always responds to querys immediately. Very helpful and friendly during the initial start up process while setting up a new account.

I Have had a window cleaning business for over 10 years now and have been able to try out the top four largest software brands over that time. Its been great to watch each iteration of software grow and improve.

I have to say Squeegee sits firmly at the top and has done for some time.However, I will say that Squeegee may not be a software for everyone. The same thing that makes it great, the sheer number of features and capability, also make it the most challenging to get the best from. But rest assured though, every minute that you put into the software rewards you with another easier, more convenient and more time saving way to run your business. It’s is simply sublime.

Entering in new clients, easy. Round ordering and scheduling, easy. Payments and banking, seamless and easy. And the reporting is out of this world.

At this point, I was going to say, if you are a owner operator with just one van, then feel free to check out some of the other options, but on refection, squeegee software is so good, even the most simple of businesses would benefit.

If you do run multi-vehicle operations however, there is only one real choice. Squeegee is just so versatile and comprehensive, it just makes all other choices seem too simplistic and tedious.
So bite the bullet, set aside some time to enter all the info and set it up properly and you wouldn’t believe just how easy and effortless running a data intensive business can be.

The app takes a lot of work out of my hands. It helps me increase revenue because of the planning options and reminders.
Invoicing has become a lot more streamlined. They provide good support too. In Belgium some options are not yet available, but that’s mainly due to local banks still having to implement Truelayer support.

Squeegee has changed my whole business honestly, scheduling, notification and payment methods all integrated makes my life so easy, just a swipe and I’m done and I know whenever I’m owed, due, overdue etc.

I’ve just transferred my wheelie bin cleaning customers from pen and paper to the squeegee app and wow what can I say! Complete game changer for me! The amount of time I’ve saved on admin work is amazing, I actually get evenings to myself again! Nearlly 1000 customers all compact into one place! I’ve not set up to use any of the text features or invoicing features yet, but to just have all the customers organised and in one place gives me great piece of mind. Just reaching the end of the month free trial and will 100% be carrying on with this software!

Right where can I start here.... Firstly, a massive thank you to the Squeegee team for my help with sending texts to my customers and wavering the fee due to the fact I had slipped a disc and trapped a nerve and as of today, waiting for an operation. They didn't have to do this back in November when it happened but they were really supportive and really and truly helped me out! 🙏

The other week I thought I'd try and re-organise my rounds ready for when I return to make them more efficient and I completely massacred my rounds to the point I spent 8 hours already on it trying to fix it and ultimately making it worse 😭🤦
I spoke on the chat section of the Squeegee website and got some advice but was told another colleague was in the process of sending me detailed info in an email.

Reading the email but stressed and also dyslexic, I was like omg how the hell am I going to fix this so I called Squeegee the next day and spoke to a gentleman called Richard - (Rich) This guy needs a medal or to be made employee of the year or bought lunch for a month or something because he, kindly sat with me piece by piece and un done the carnage that I had caused.
Re-organised my work and explained a better way to us squeegee in the future.

Me coming from pen & pad, squeegee was a god send of an app! It did what I needed it to do but trust me when I say this..... I didn't..... MAKE A BACKUP before you try to change anything drastically.
So, on the first day Rich sat with me and we started the process, had a bit of a laugh and joke and he was really reassuring, knowledgeable and calm while I was wanting to curl up a die in a corner somewhere after the abomination I had caused 🤣🤦
Then, as we had spent hours trying to sort it and I needed to sort the kids and get the better half back from work I asked if he would be prepared to help me finish getting this sorted on the following Monday. He said yes, no problem! 12.30pm sound alright? Fantastic I said.🙏☺️
Monday came and yet more hours spent but we got it sorted, cleaned up and myself well educated.
I'm on the first plan £19 a month and for the app alone it's worth that in spades but behind the scenes with the support from Rich and the Squeegee team on top, it's a no brainer! Now granted I'm sure Squeegee wouldn't like to do this all day every day but they really came through for me and my business and for that I can't thank them/ Richard enough! 🙏🙏🙏
What a company and what an app! If you don't use it, I strongly recommend it! When it's set it's good to go but before changing anything, again make a backup and if you are unsure, just ask them or watch the video modules they supply for training. I was so stressed and I had made so many changes in the wrong way, I didn't know where to start 😭

This is an easy 5 stars for me to give, I'd give 10 from this experience alone.

Great App for my Window Cleaning Business. It does take literally months to get all your customers in but that's probably more down to me. Starting to see the benefits now even though I've been using for I'd say 2 years now maybe more. I probably only use certain parts of the app but I don't know enough about the book keeping side of things. Great app all round.

I have used squeegee for around 4 years now but only recently have i been using it to its full potential!! I wish i had started earlier. From admin tasks, texting of customers, assigning work to workers, and even transferring work from one account to another whilst i was buying some additional work it all went super smoothly and stress free.

All this has been with great thanks to Rich. Rich is a great guy and is extremely knowledgeable about this software. Rich is a real asset to the business!!

Thanks again mate. Without you, the growth we have gone through in the past 6 months would not of gone as smoothly and would of been a lot more stressful thats for sure! I owe you a beer or 2 but i feel this review would be much more satisfying.

Squeegee is super useful, helps massively organising work

What a fantastic app! We have been using Squeegee since early 2021 and it has been a complete game changer! We manage over 800 regular window cleaning customers, and there's 2 of us using the app every day which makes 2 vans possible and easy to run! We literally could not go without Squeegee! The support from the team is absolutely fantastic as well, whenever we had any questions or issues it was resolved very quickly with no downtime at all.
Honestly, this the best investment any service business could make, it'll make life so much easier.

Squeegee is the best app in the world! I have been a window cleaner for many years and have only been able to scale my business due to this app. The team are excellent and the systems they have made are 2nd to none. Have tried many other softwares that profess to be as good but Squeegee wins by a landslide. Well done guys, thank you so much!

So totally impressed with Squeegee for my Bin Cleaning Business. Makes invoicing and sorting rounds so easy. This App is such a time-saver and if you have something that is not quite correct as i did with the invoice not quite meeting Australian standards, I contacted Squeegee and within 24 hours it was all sorted and updated for me. Just Brilliant :)

I highly recommend using Squeegee. I have been using it for a few months now and it has made life a lot easier, not so much admin work, its great !!!!! We have a large window cleaning round, and it is great sending the guys out with all the work on their phones, and they just swipe as they do a job. And its already letting you know when to do the next clean. Its great. And when I have had to speak to customer service about something I didn't understand. They are really quick to respond, to any query and are all extremely friendly and very helpful.

Really handy app, really like that it has optimised route planner.

I find navigating challenging at times, also when you load a quote or invoice you have to delete the whole customer and then re-create them to make the address look professional.

From start to finish the Squeegee app has transformed how I am able to run my business. I have been using the app now for over two years and the team led by the founder Ed & Susie have been instrumental in helping me become more efficient, and hands on whilst being able to be reactive and proactive in the day to day running of a busy small team. We are able to be more professional because of all the options available on the app. It is constantly evolving with all the information available and anyone in a similar business would without doubt benefit from their service. On top of this the team at Squeegee are just a really great , helpful bunch of people to deal with and always take the time to be professional and sort out any issues or concerns.
