Had issues regarding the WiFi
Had issues regarding the WiFi. Two rooms in my house didn’t receive service. They said that I should hardwire everything as a solution which isn’t safe especially considering I have a baby. I’ve had to cancel my policy with them as they haven’t help and just keep claiming they can not grantee service! Yet are still happy to take my money. I’ve since gone with a different provided and now had a single issue. Anybody I know who’s thinking of using squirrel I strongly advise them against it.
Also to add I’m also in Hull and looking at a lot of the reviews they seem to have a massive problem supplying Hull with a service!

The engineers were swift, clean and kept me well informed during the process. I expected a long, disruptive morning, but it was all over in about 20 minutes. So far, it's working well.
