So happy with the pillow!

I ordered a 3d pillow with a photo of my little Suzi and I love it! It doesn't look cheap and made with good quality material. It took a little more than 2 weeks to get here but it's worth the wait! Thanks to Squishy Crew!

Ordered a 3D pillow of my dog as an astronaut because I thought it would be funny. Loved it so much that I got one for my brother and a portrait for my parents.

I have ordered 5 pillows from Squishy Faced Crew within a year. They have all come out absolutely perfect! Instead of ordering a pet pillow I had them done of my dad, who recently passed away. My children love snuggling with them at night. The only downside is it takes about a month to be delivered. I live in the US and the company is in UK so I do understand. I just get so excited it is hard to wait. I will be placing another order soon.

I had ordered a small pillow of my daughter's cat that passed. It took over a month to receive. When I opened it, it was insanely small, and you couldn't even tell what it was. I contacted customer service multiple times throughout the next couple of months. They wouldn't give me a refund, but finally offered to replace in a larger size with a new picture. It's been 5 months since this started, but I got my replacement order yesterday and it was beautiful. My daughter was very excited.

Like many other reviews I waited 2-3 months and lots of emails before I receive my item. If you are willing to wait that long the product is great !

It was stated in their store that item would ship in 5-7 business days. It took months to receive my item. I had to send multiple emails, which many went unanswered. I did finally receive my product and it’s nice but came way after the date I needed it for. Poor customer service, poor communication, very poor shipping time

I have ordered 6 pillows and I blanket and I am so happy with my product! We lost our Daisy to cancer a few months ago. I had ordered a blanket and pillows while she was alive. Then we had to put her to sleep. We had received our pillows but not our blanket. I emailed back that our dog has now passed but I still want my blanket. They shipped it but I hadn’t received it for months. I emailed again and they said they would ship another free of charge. We finally received it and I couldn’t be happier. Their follow up is so good. I was concerned because I was ordering from out of state and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Order from them! You will be so happy!

Communication is horrible and still waiting on a pillow ordered 3months ago.

I’d give them zero if I could it’s a scam. Took my money but sent me nothing tracking is a Chinese site that just says ‘processing’ even though I ordered a month ago.

I emailed them and asked them to chance up my order and got no response and the millions of emails offering me discounts stopped.

DO NOT ORDER SCAM COMPANY.

Squishy faced crew is a fraudant company. Don't trust them. They don't offer edits or sample of the product before finalizing as they advertise. In fact, you might not receive any product at all! No communication and customer service what so ever. They stole pictures from other company sites and claimed it as their own products. Don't buy from them. It's a scam.
