Placed order on the 14th Nov, I was advised it was shipped on the 30th Nov I didn't receive it until the 14th Nov and I was not given any estimated delivery date on the tracking info, even though I emailed twice (11 Dec and 16th Dec) I received (from 14th Nov) and the cushion is perfect, but the item shipped from Hong Kong and not the UK or US as advertised.. Don't order unless you are happy to wait 7+ weeks

Ordered a pillow and haven't received it.
Ordered a pillow at the beginning of December as a gift, and still haven't received it. Looking here I've realised it probably won't come.
When I paid, I went straight on to email my pet picture over. I got several emails asking for my picture, and initially responded stating it had been sent. I then called and spoke to a woman. She conveyed she'd found the emails I sent just then.
I have heard nothing since. The tracking link has said a later and later date each time I go on it.
I tried to call today but the number is ringing out.
Dissappointed is an understatement.
Update : 15th Jan email received stating it must have got lost, another is being made for me.
Update : 26th Jan, still no product. Have emailed to request refund directly.

Scam!!! Terrible company
Terrible company, I ordered these about a month ago for Christmas gifts, never got my proofs sent to me to approve, it’s a day before Christmas and I haven’t received my order. They don’t answer emails. Was sent a bogus tracking number for Yun express that’s not valid. So I don’t know where my order is. DO NOT BUT FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!
