Excellent service, lacking support
Their service is excellent: reliable, fast, and issues are usually resolved quickly.
Support used to be just as strong. You could reach out via live chat, speak to someone who clearly knew what they were doing, and get the problem fixed quickly. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, support has become slower and less effective.
It now often feels like you’re dealing with people who have limited technical knowledge, who ask for screenshots even when the issue has already been explained clearly, and who sometimes leave you without a proper fix.
Would love them to resolve this as I was a super super happy customer

They are the best! - simple as that.
I've had several websites and domains hosted by StablePoint and I can't praise them enough. Their systems and server setups are top-notch and their support is second-to-none in my opinion. I can highly recommend them if you want a reliable company to deal with when setting up a website, you won't be disappointed. And I've tried lots of other hosting companies over the years so I like to think I know what I'm talking about.

Excellent and top quality customer service.
